If the documents in question have not been translated from native language to English or French, you do not need to make certified true copies whatsoever.
If your documents were in English by default, you do not need to make certified true copies.......the photocopies are more than necessary .
If your some or all of your documents have been translated, certified and notorized, specific instructions from document checklist specifies that you should include a certified true copies of the original native documents as an evidence.
Cheers.

Sir,
There was a spelling mistake in the passport of my spouse and affidavit is ready for that.
The question is, do I have to attach a photocopy of that affidavit or the original one?

congratulation brother. +1 for updating.

BTW, did you gave your DoB in the field Application Sent Date of the spreadsheet?? ;) ;) ;)

CIO need at least the NOC code to understand under which occupation you were/are/would be working.

You can provide your designation but ensure providing NOC Code for all cases.

And there should not be any NON-NOC code occupation. Your occupation must be fallen in one of the hundreds of NOC code. Try to match here at http://www5.hrsdc.gc.ca/NOC/English/NOC/2011/html/Matrix.html for macro level matching and then move into micro level matching.

Provide designation and corresponding NOC code and duties.

Million thanks for your prompt reply!!
In schedule 3 form, at section 12b,
- I can also include occupation (with a NOC code found from the link you provided) but not one of the eligilble 50 NOC code for fsw 2014, it will still be ok?
- I should specify designations with NOC and duties, my list might have multiple designations with the same NOC code as below.

12b.
1. designation a NOC xxxx
2. designation b NOC xxxx (same NOC and duties as designation a)
3. designation c NOC yyyy (not one of 50 eligible NOC for fsw 2014)

Does the above list look OK? But, what should I specify in 12a.? designation a or designation b or general NOC occupation name of NOC xxxx?

Please advise

Any Affidavit always needs to be submitted in original format

Hi,

I got my WES report sent by e-mail today and will be getting the hard copy in next 5 to 6 days. I am ready with other things will be submitting my Package by mid of this month for 2171.

Thanks you in advance!

Regards,
Shahid

Your previous occupation not need to be fit in among the 50 eligible NOC. It could be any outside 50 NOCs.

Your 12 b is right way written.

In 12a, you can write NOC Description and corresponding code or current designation and corresponding code. I used the former.

Million thanks again..

Apparently, if the more one's job duties can match with the eligible NOC job duties, the higher chance of his application to be successful. But, what it the minimum requirement? 50% match? How about 4 or 5 out of 9 match? Any ideas??

Congrats!!! :)
