Supplementary Information – Your travels [IMM 5562] (only for countries other than origin/residence)

Do we need to fill this form?? I mean Applicant only needs to fill the form or the spouse is also required to fill this form.

As in our case, both of us are never outside our country of origin.

Hi Everyone... I am filling Background Declaration form.. In my passport, I have my Fathers Name as 'Vijay Kumar' but my father in his own passport have 'Vijay Kumar Ghai'.

Yes you need to fill up this form even if you have not travelled. Tick did not travel in this case.

Also you need to fill up the relevant sections for your spouse and dependent(s).

Thanks

Hi Rohan,

You should write an appeal immediately addressing"Program Manager FSW"(if i remember correctly) and fax it stating the "their reason for rejection" with Copy of TRF.Fax it immediately.

My application for NOC 1123 has finally reached CIC today - Aug 1. I've updated the spreadsheet...

Thanks to this forum - I picked up some very useful tips here....mainly by reading through older posts.

The one question I still do have: I've picked NDVO. On CIC site, processing time for this VO is listed at 22 months. However, I've read many FSW 2014 applicants mention in posts on this forum that they expect to be in Canada next year. Am I missing anything? Are the listed processing times wrong - and is the processing expected to be faster than what is listed on the CIC site? Please help me with your answers here so I know what to expect. Thanks.

And good luck to those still working on their applications.

Dears

This could be the reason why:

http://www.timeanddate.com/date/duration.html

Place your exam date (which is the one at the top of the result sheet) as the start date, and the application received date as the end date....
