Have registered for IELTS.

Date of the examination - 06/09/2014
Results would be declared - 20/09/2014
TRF copy would reach - 23/09/2014
Application would be sent - 24/09/2014
Application would reach CIC - 29/09/2014
Praying would start - 29/09/2014

This is the earliest exam that was available. Called up BC and IDP and both replied that only the dates available online can be booked. They cannot entertain any special request and cannot accommodate anyone. Also, they told me that the exam needs to be booked at least 5 weeks in advance. So, in a way I am lucky to have booked it today. 06/09/2014 is exactly 5 weeks from now and I guess it would have been unavailable tomorrow.

Called CIC 3 times and got lucky the 3rd time.

Reason for rejection is: Language Test Results had expired

My IELTS was due to expire on 25th of May 2014 and my application reached CIC on 9th of May 2014. Then where is the issue. The document checklist states:

Note: Language test results must not be older than two years on date of receipt at CIO.

WTF just happened?

Is there a way I can question CIC ? Sue them for harassment ?

PS - I have rechecked, my IELTS was due to expire on 25th May 2014 only

Have you checked speaking test date? Consider the speaking test date instead of issue date/ result date. please confirm the date

Btw, its not a challenge ... only challenging is your 'Data Interpretation' skills (out-of-scope for IELTS)
