Start May 01-2014

CEC Apps accepted so far 1747/8000
FSW Apps accepted so far 555/25500

Do you guys think that priority is CEC applicants?
CEC documentation and processing is easy..All applicants with job offer and are within canada. so more than priority its simpler process and verfication.. :)

Hi

Can someone advise the tentative expected time period for the below.

CC / DD charging ( from the application received date )
PER mail
medical request
RPRF request
PP Request
VISA issuing

Importantly, once the VISA issued is there any compulsory time period within which candidate should land in CA

Further, once the candidate land in CA is it possible for him to stay out of CA for couple of years...is there any restriction

As I learnt from one of my friend, Aussie migration - candidate should do the first entry within one year from the VISA approval and should
permanently move to AUS within next five years

Hi guys

I am in trouble .. Need some advice.. I have posted this same question in another thread.

We have applied for fsw program this time with myself as primary and spouse and my son(minor).

We are applying from India and maintain exact 10 lakhs for this purpose in account.

Canadian dollar value is changing and now I see that the amount 18097( for 3 people) cad equates more than 10 lakhs as the rate is 55.55 ₹.

Please advise. Do we have to act upon anything now ?

Hi,
I recently received nomination from a provincial nominee program. Thanks everyone for the help.

But the problem is that I had also applied to Federal Skilled Worker Program 2014 in May 2014. I have not received any acknowledgement and neither my credit card is charged. I am not sure which option is better (going ahead with PNP or waiting for FSW 2014 to go through). I am wondering if senior members or anyone have any input. As far as I understand, timewise PNP will be quick to get the final PR visa (since they will do only medical and criminal check etc.) and FSW will take it own time to process the application. Any thought?

Next question is how to withdraw my FSW 2014 application? I had given CC authorization. Is there a way to communicate to them? Somewhere I read that I can instruct my credit card company to decline the payment and that will ensure that my application is cancelled.

I have six months to send for the federal (second) part of PNP to CIC-Sydney, NS but I am going to send in next two weeks. Do I mention in that application to withdraw my other FSW application?

Please help.

Only problem is the bank certificate which is already provided. We cannot edit and give a new one now as I have already submitted everything to cic. I am ready to show my savings bank account if needed as additional source.

In my case difference is coming around 5000 Indian rupees to max 10000. Hope the Money fluctuation will be stable for a while.

Please advice

I would say that's totally upto you if you want to proceed with both applications or single. I also have 2 application under process for PR. My understanding is better to be on safe side rather to start everything from scratch again. Only thing I have lost so far is $550(I will have to withdraw one application for sure so lost $550).

Next question is how to withdraw my FSW 2014 application? I had given CC authorization. Is there a way to communicate to them? Somewhere I read that I can instruct my credit card company to decline the payment and that will ensure that my application is cancelled. You can do that or you can email CIO - Sydney regarding withdrawal of your application with all your information

I am not sure. But most probably you have to mention it anywhere. If any application got rejected then you surely have to mention it.

Please help.
