Hi guys,

My question is that I don't have a fax number (facsimile number) which is to be specified in "Generic Application Form for Canada (IMM 0008)" form.

Is it compulsory to provide a fax number??? Because if we don't enter a fax number the form doesn't let us validate. So what to do in this situation??

3. The experience letter is on the company letterhead but does not include the mention of my salary. I have included last three months payslip instead and offer letter along with experience letter.
4. In one of the forms where I had to mention about where all I stayed in the last 10 years the place name could not fit in the allotted box so I left it blank to fill manually and I forgot however I have included the postal code and province name along with street address and country name.

Please let me know if these are crucial mistakes.

Points 1 and 3 does not seem fatal.

But points 2 and 4 , may lead to the decision the application being "INCOMPLETE"

Lets hope for the best .

I applied for 1112 on 2nd may 2014. .per on 5th june 2014.....but no communication from then on....M i getting medical request directly or what???? Visaoffice is NDVO ..Pls hel :-[p

It is not mandatory and the form does let you validate without the fax number.

Check again.
 


I wrote everything i.e postal code , province country name including the name and street of the place I stayed what I did not write was city name.
I lived in West Bromwich for four months. I wrote the postal code which is b706jj but forgot to include the name westbromwich in the space given

Question 2 asks your full name in your native language or script. If your name doesn't have commercial/ telegraphic code,
what would I write Not applicable or put my name in English language? May thanks!

Do we need to divide the education and write in details as we wont get certificate after primary education

primary/elementary - 6
secondary/high school - 4

in details written as SSC - 10 years together

yes I did. I have sent my notarized certificates and marksheets along with the eca
 
hi! i need your help guys. How do you count work the experience? I mean, I have 1 year as an Auditor, 3years as Accounting Assistant, and 1year as Bookkeeper. If I apply under NOC 1111 Financial Auditor and Accountants, will my other work experiences be counted?
 
Bank is only allowing 3 months of validatity for DD. But it should have atleast 6 months validity according to CIC. What should I do? Will CIC encash Demand draft within 3 months?

Please also let me know if it could be in Indian currency or has to be in Canadian Currency. I am asking because suppose if I make $550 DD today and paying in Indian currency but when my file is processed there might be change in equivalent Indian amount, so in that scenario what will happen? CIC will get less money or $550 only?
