Interesting news... Reason's to believe CIC will move fast with FSW applications going forward. May be it will take maximum a year (Same like 2013) if not any quicker.

Thats useful !

Before i send my application to CIC i need some help from you
1.my wife doesnt have any membership and in the background declaration form it has written that please write "NONE" where as in application guide it has witten as follws ( If you were not a member of an association or organization, do not write “not applicable”. Rather, write: “I have never been a member of an organization or association”.) what should i write?

2. i had fill up my education details in which i had rather wrote board name and my city of study instead of writing my school name is it fine ??in case of my wife Board name remain same for both us us whereas the city we studied differs??is it fine ?

It is mentioned, List all travels which are taken other than ur country of origin or residence

then your case may be a problem.

God knows the best

University name is fine. A husband and wife are not expected to have studied in the same city :)

3.In writing the Main responsibilities and duties i had written extract of JD in 4 table and in 5th i wrote see attached papar and in that paper i copy paste my JD . is it fine ?? That's fine. Mention the TITLE of the Form on the Top of the additional sheet followed by your Name in full as in PP.

If i am wrong please correct me

It is 'not a problem' if those details have been put any way.

Not unless the VO is the grinch I suppose :)

University is same but city is different where we studied :) :)

How is that a problem ? It is an actual Univ right ? Can have extension campuses and so on. Not critical.

Honestly - I am lost as lost can be.

CBSE is ALL OVER the country (I thought you're referring to a Univ). So where is the problem here ? Ignore the city. You don't need to mention that along with the Education Board.

Write what the application guide says 'after' you have taken a print and use a pen.

You are supposed to fill in the form separately for you and your spouse. Therefore - 2 Forms.

This should answer your question.

Yes, sure..

In fact one of my friend, who have recently landed there in Canada has got job in Scotia Bank as Financial Advisor and as per his words....

this is really good facility offered for anyone who dont want to carry money during his journey and while landing in Canada..

anyways he can open this account with scotia bank here in his Home Country (read India), while his passports are stamped with Maple Leaves... then he can deposit money in his Scotia Account here in India and then he can surely access those amount in CAD there from Scotia Bank Canada Branch.

All you need to do while landing in Canada is to carry the bank statement mentioning that you have xxx amount of Money in Scotia bank account.

Hope this helps :) :) :)

[size=9pt] Haha, thanks! Grateful to your kind words / gesture there! :)

The reason I am able to comment freely is that my data is not on the spread sheet, and it would be rather difficult to track me from here. And I like it to keep it that way! ;D

I believe like a good 'Intelligence agent' should not leave his / her mark for others to get to him / her, likewise I should keep my information confidential to be able to freely comment here without worrying about the consequences. On that note, I will keep my NOC as privileged information, please don't mind that. LOL

Thanks, again!

LOL. If Oscar is not your real name, i dont think it should bother you one iota!
Similarly revealing your NOC, etc. wont make you easily recognizable by your office mates (unless your many and close office fellows are on this forum)

But yes, these are just my assumptions. Everyone knows whats best for them.

May be in Canada then :)
