Thanks again. Now I want to submit new whole application. As I got two ECA reports, can I use my second copy in this application? If you don't mind can you tell me from which source I can get official information that we can submit new application in same visa program? This time I don't want to take risk. Moreover, I am that they may be invalid both of my applications. They might think that I m doing any fraud to them. But I just want to change NOC code. Can I write a cover letter with new application. Plz help me out

Yes you can use your other ECA in this application.

I would write a cover letter stating that you mistakenly selected 2171 when you should have chosen 2281.

I can't find an official word from CIC on 2 applications, but the law firm that owns this web site has definitely weighed in and said it's ok and some other seniors can provide input here.

Now, how should i proceed? Should I send only this envelope to WES or I have to attach all my degree and secondary certificates/marksheets along with it...
