If your 10th certificate contains date of birth, place of birth, father's name, mother's name then CIC will consider but you have to take a notarized affidavit stating that "the time of your birth certificate wasn't manadatory and it is difficult to obtain now" and mention "in India the birth details in secondary certificate is considered as proof". State your name, father's name, mother's name, your DOB, and your passport number in the affidavit

NAC is not required as long as you are sending affidavit and/or 10th class certificate which has Date of birth and the name of atleast one of the parents. I would suggest don't spend too much effort on chasing this NAC if you can arrange for these docs and you need to apply quickly.

Appreciate your responses, now I can focus on completing my file :D :D

I made the DD

Here are my doubts.

1) No where in the DD it is mentioned Canadian Dollars. (DD from ICICI bank drawn for Bank of Montreal Toronto) - Is it necessary to mention Canadian Dollars in the DD or not, as it is only handwritten One thousand and six hundred and fifty only dollars

2) DD is handwritten ( I mean it is not printed) with bad handwriting - it is written with pen Receiver general for Canada and One thousand and six hundred and fifty only dollars -- will it make any problem

3) Six months validity is n where printed on the DD - the bank person is telling that, it is valid for 6 months ( can we trust him)
4) There is no bank seal

i am nervous

plz confirm

thanks

Hello All,

Need some advice - Am sending my docs to wes. I have the sealed enveloped from university which has semester-wise marksheet and my convocation photocopies attested. I am planning to put that in another enveloped and insert the WES fee receipt along and send it to WES Toronto office.
Let me know if am doing it right.

Thanks,
Snedden
