Can anyone inform me on how to get my fingerprints done in Saudi Arabia for a PCC from the US? I currently reside in dammam and are there any fingerprinting agencies in and around dammam?

Try central Dammam Police station for finger prints.

What did they refuse for?? Canadian equivalent amount... If yes then you can do one thing ..

Get the Bank Certificate in INR... and go to xe.com or any currency converter website and take printout with date and attach with bank certificate.. I have got to know that consultant use to do this..
I have done the same. I have prepared a statement showing POF in INR and equivalent CAD with reference to conversion rate at xe.com at that time.

Yeah lets hope he gets PER mail century bro.... That will surely be the 100% proof that it is I accepted.

yes I'm also waiting for PER DD encashment is not actual confirmation... when I sent the application I didn't even expect DD encashment coz of these mistakes... i believe to some extent acceptance of any application is a subjective exercise depending on the visa officer... May Allah help us all

Whats the better option to send documents for ECA
FEDX or UPS from Pakistan?

Yeah... Ask me... :) :) Managers force us to do extra for the client... and on numerous occassions the effort is wasted...
I sent it in INR without converting.... You too... And a lot many others too... Whats the need of it when it is not required at all.

What you both are suggesting is called Gold Plating in Project Management. It is NOT at all required.

Gold plating in software engineering or Project Management (or time management in general) refers to continuing to work on a project or task well past the point where the extra effort is worth the value it adds (if any). After having met the requirements, the developer works on further enhancing the product, thinking the customer would be delighted to see additional or more polished features, rather than what was asked for or expected. The customer might be disappointed in the results, and the extra effort by the developer might be futile. Gold plating is also considered as a bad project management practice

UPS has better service in Nova Scotia. 100% sure

ECA is not done in Nova Scotia. Its Ontario.

I know another Applicant who got Letter from the Bank Manager wherein balance is shown both in INR and CAD$ (after conversion at current exch rate xx$ ). Mostly the Bank letters are customized and issued on specific request... so the Managers have a leeway on the matter based on your rapport with him/ her :)

Yes am the one u r talking about... sss they refused at the first stand and after requesting and explaning the facts they provided it to me... at the end of the day.. its my own money and i just requested to give the equivalent rate and it was clearly mentioned the bank will not bear any responsibilities if the exchange rate will vary in the future that might affect...

Yes Nishesh is right. Documents will go to Ontario. Should I still use UPS or FedX
