What is the difference with Category FSW1, 2 & 3?

Ohh i read your NOC category on your profile..

I am not aware of the difference Difference in FSW 1, 2, 3. I suppose this is on forum only.
On CIC, FSW is federal skilled worker program and i haven't seen 1, 2 or 3 appended to it anywhere.

Congrats and could you please share the "many mistakes" with us?

I made a mistake in filling the additional family info for my spouse. .. on her form i put my name as applicant instead of her name but on top of the page i wrote additional family info for spouse.. I also forgot to keep the Barcode pages on top of the application... additionally I would like to mention i have send my share investment statement as proof of funds.

Bro actually 5 different positions
One I have already mentioned is majorly similar to 2141 other two also have both common actually in real 2.5 years in purely 2132 and 1 year has 2132 and 2141 common, 1 year majorly matches 2141
Rest I am included extra sheet in which I have given remarks and mentioned noc as 2132/2141 for common ones and explaining why I have matched both

I don't think any of these are mistakes for rejection... Share Investment can be shown as POF as you can get the fund as soon as you want... And I guess 80% of the applicant would have done same for the Barcode page as you have done...

Hello,

I have few more queries as below with regards to my application for FSW

- I have couriered all documents but few documents like work-ex letter, marksheets etc are just 'true-copy verified' by the notary with his sign and regular stamp. They are not notarised with the big round paper seal they put. Our passport copies are notarised with red paper seal they usually put.
- Will this result in any problem in my application ?
- I have submitted original copy of ECA, IELTS result and PCC.
- Can i change the email id submitted to them in the form initially ?
- If any document is missing, incomplete or if they require more details do they email us or straightway send back the application ?
- After receipt of courier at their end is there any way to confirm if they have received the courier or not. I mean apart from the courier receipt.

Kindly confirm since I am very worried about the documents submitted to them.

1.Notarization is not required for any document other than translated documents
2.You can not change your e-mail ID now which you have mentioned on your GENERIC FORM
3.If your file is incomplete it will be returned
4. Courier receipt is the only confirmation of receipt

Also I haven't notarized any of the photocopies or documents. ... but my wife's birth certificate was In Arabic so I got it translated from an authorized translator but did not get it notarized I did the same for our marriage certificate which was in Arabic as well... both documents have the translator 's stamp andthe marriage certificate was also attested at the ministry of foreign affairs here in muscat...

Do the banks in India supply bank statements in other currency also?

Yes I have seen such case for several applicants....In that case, either they have gone to India or they have sent their PP vai any of friend/relative or sent spouse with both of the PP.....

But if u feel that u might be unable then u can contact NDVO for changing VO ....

Ashif bhai, you mentioned if i have more than a year valid visa i can choose CPC Ottawa office. So as of now i have more than 2 years visa but physically in India(will travel soon to US) can i still change my office? I was thinking why should i even wait till AOR comes from NDVO, can i not request CIC to change my VO right away via an email? I can send relevant US visa docs if asked by CIC. Please do advise. I am really confused and dont want to take a wrong decison only to regret later.

no not at all just his regular stamp that he put for all translations he does...
