Anyone here who requested Bank Certificate Letter for Proof of Funds? I need to know how is it 1 month valid or theres no expiration date? Thanks!!

There is no expiry on the bank balance certificate as it is currently dated. e.g. if you request the bank for a certificate today it'll give you the certificate based on todays cleared balance or yesterday's end of the day balance. Even after a year it proves that you had cleared balance on that particular day.
It is recommended to have a latest balance certificate. Most probably a week or two weeks old from the application received date.
Mine was dated 2nd may and my application reached on 12th may.

Do we need to submit any covering letter for non-submission of PCC with our application?? Am i OK if i submit the PCC of me and my spouse only to my local visa office or i need to submit them all of mine and mine spouse's family member's PCC??

My passport address is a permanent address of mine my home town. MY parents are staying there. I am staying some other place for job purpose. You prefer me to request the PCC in the police station where i am staying (or) police station at my home town. Through some light on the same & let me know which one is the faster one........

Same case with me...I'm staying away from home town...it took me around 1 month after applying to get the PCC at current location, which is not the same as permanent. If you want to apply from current location they will ask for address proof that you stay at the location for at least a year...If you have that thing then it won't be much problem...I choose to do this because I'm working for a company which is in other city than my permanent residency and have taken reference letter from them for job....

You only need to submit PCC for yourself, your spose and any dependent who is at least 18 years old. You can submit PCC to local visa office instead of sending with your application, however you should submit a cover letter stating that PCC will be submitted upon request by LVO.

[size=9pt] If you don't have this amount in bank then you should definitely not be thinking about going to Canada now.

PS - I am in agreement with Future's thought here. Also, people like you make it difficult for others in the long run. I hope you are caught and debarred from applying to Canada. Just because of people like you all honest Bangladeshi (and other) applicants might go through stricter assessment and longer wait times in the future (of course, once you are caught....which you should be). As if the current wait was already not too long for them!

I agree with Oscar..

And moreover the purpose of showing the fund is for applicants only.. It will be used by them after landing to finding a job after getting the PR.. and even for air fare to Canada..

After November offsource...Did you get the PER... Do you know that your file has been transferred to the VO.. If not then just wait for the AOR.. Once you will get the communication from your VO then you can tell them and ask how to include your kid.. Wait till November and AOR both

My worry is about my DD on which it was written Valid for 3 months. My application reached CIC on May 27th and the DD is valid until August 15th.

Would it be charged by then?? Otherwise it will expire even before CIC would look at my application. .. Please advise what to do in this case?

Which bank Dd is it?? When it is advised to use 6 months validity Dd then why u chose 3 months one???

U can check ss for a prediction on when to expect ur

Your Police verification will be done at the address where you have been residing more recently.. last 1-2 yrs.. irrespective of the add mentioned on your PP 8)

is it written on your DD that it is valid for 3 months as per my understanding all foreign currency DD are valid for 6 months.
