Anybody with ICICI CC...is there any Forex limit which is different from the Rupee limit?..I called their phone banking service and inquired about it but they seem to be unaware of this...I got 'not quite sure' kind of reply from them..they say the limit is same as the rupee limit converted into the other currency...
any idea guys...

:'( Hello everyone, I need advice! my application to FSW was received on May28,2014.
Per the estimation looks like I won't get file number until September. But my current PGWP is expiring on August 11,2014! Can someone advise me what to do?
Thank you soooo much!

What's PGWP? Is it some kind of Canadian work permit? If so, check into bridging permits.

:o :o :o I hope they do!!!!!!.

About one thing I like of you most is your declaration of war against misrepresentation. 8) 8) 8)

+1 for this mentality.

+1 for you too, as soon as 168 hours have passed.

I hope everyone who intentionally misrepresents on their application will get rejected and anyone who comes on here to say they misrepresented, or discuss strategies for circumventing the qualification or disclosure requirements, I will tell them the same straight up.

You can get other copies of your report (2 extra copies MAX). Contact your test center (the Brithish Conciul of your state or something) and let them know you're applying for FSW and Provincial nominee (or something like that, stating that you need extra copies). They'll provide you, charging for post costs.
See IELTS website for more details:

How many Test Report Forms (TRFs) am I entitled to?
You will only receive one (1) copy of your Test Report Form, unless you are applying to Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC), or United Kingdom Border Agency (UKBA) – in these cases, you can receive two. Proof of application to CIC and UKBA must be provided.

I really did not know that they provide extra copies to candidate..what i knew was that they can send the copies directly to the organisation..actually i called them yesterday they replied in -ve...but now i'll tell them about the immigration and stuff...let me try once again..thanks buddy..

for my points to be calculated,

my details are:

I have MBA + Bachelor of pharmacy which I think give me = 22 points
I am 35 years old which is = 11 points
I have 6.5(reading) 6.5(speaking) 6.5(listening) 7 (writing)= 20 points
I have work experience in Marketing (managerial position) = 15 points (for six years experience)

my total points are 68 points

* but when I open the online point assessment and answer their questions,

they said: as per your answers to questions it seems that you may not be eligble to apply at this time ??????

so, I am confused that based on calculating my points, I am eligible but as per the online assessment; I am not eligible what should I use and should I apply or not :(

A quick, rather an extra cautious, question! Would a bank statement showing more than required amount be a problem?

Where did you check? Check here at http://www.milestoneimmigration.com/PointCalculator.aspx .

It all depends on the amount, and if you have it recently, anyways if in doubt they would make sure it was legally obtained. Otherwise I don't see a problem there.

Nope. But suggest don't provide too much. You may need those money. 1.25 times is good enough.

Current means still now. So, give the last date that you are valid to stay in Dubai from your passport. It is your visa expiry date.
