how will points be assessed and will i than be eligible

You are eligible as long as you got continous 1 yr of experience in 2132.

No dear you have to enter your details again and your old entry will be deleted by our admin on request...

2) Will the evaluation of file take place after this ??

This is just a confirmation that all documents are signed and are in place.
The main thing u need to look out is PER, where points evaluation takes place.

Unlike last year, it looks like most of the cards are getting charged this year and rejections are more after CC charge.

The above is my view point, contradictions are welcome.

I have not been active on the forum for some time. Since last update, I have received my PER on 6/26 and MR on 07/14

I have sent a request to FBI on 07/15 for PCC and going to request Indian embassy for PCC tomorrow. Going to schedule Medical data soon

Dear friends, I didn't receive my ECA report yet though the estimated completion date for my evaluation report is July 18, 2014. It supposed to send the report approx. 3-4 days before the estimated date mentioned by members of the forum. Totally disappointed. Still showing "Evaluation in Progress" in my account. What could be the consequences? How long will I have to wait?
