2, IELTS : which is better provider (BC or IDP) in Hyderabad india.

3. will th NOC 0111 cap will be there till September 15 please reply

HI pattubhai,
Your Masters can fetch you 23 points only if WES evaluates and finds it to be a Canadian Masters equivalent.
IELTS - it does not matter, take the test on date suits you.
And stop worrying about the cap, collect the documents and send the application at the earliest.

thanks century to give motivating advice

i think there are still many 23 people from ss whose draftts are not paid yet.so all over the world there are still many people left ?? what u advice ...i think 7th may was busiest day for them..

Yes, absolutely right. Your bank is taking only 7/8 working days, some banks even take 12/13 working days. So, a lot of 7th May's DD have been encashed but neither the bank nor the applicant knows it.

yes Brother We are in same boat..hope the boat sails properly

Dear Experts NEED HELP URGENTLY!!!

I have to translate a document but the translators are saying they will certify the copy and put a stamp of "government certified translator" but they cant provide an affidavit.
Is the AFFIDAVIT NEEDED or any other option?

PLEASE HELP!!!

Thanks

It is mandatory after translation of a documents. But y cant ur translators provide it as they can stamp it with the government stamp?
Its just a doc that tells that the translator is capable to translate. They might not be the truly certified translators. You might need to find other one who can provide you with an affidavit.

I think the answer to this question depends on how important the document is , if translating Birth Certificate , Marriage Certificates , Degree copies etc then its safe to strictly follow the rules for translation.

However if translating documents like National ID I think translation without affidavit is fine. Because it is not a mandatory document and holds no value towards points calculation.

Above is my personal opinion only.

Thanks

Morning guys,

Have few questions regarding proof of funds :
1 :Can we show properties as proof of funds?
2 :Can we deposit the required amount a week before sending the application and take a bank statement ? I mean is it valid if the funds are maintained just a week before or they need a proof of fund from 6 months ?
3 : Confused about proof of funds.

Kindly help.

Regards,
Keerthi.
1.You cant show property as proof of fund.
2.You can...but at this application stage,I will advise you to submit bank certificate but be rest assure you will be expected to give about 6 months statement of account(by your V.O) later on during medical stage.
3.Why the confusion? The POF needs to be unencumbered which is why properties may not be shown.
Statement of accounts and/or bank certificate are popularly accepted according to instruction.
Cheers.

then bro why my ecas is not showing anything???
Relaxxxxxx.......if you have been charged via CC or DD......It will soon be updated.
Cheers.

1. you can show liquid properties as proof of fund.. but can not show gold, land, car etc.
2. You can deposit even one day before and get the bank certificate.
3. I am also confused about your question.. :P but remember that you can show your bank balance, LIC certificate, mutual fund, provident fund etc as settlement fund.. i have also heard that share certificates are also acceptable but i have not seen anybody using it.

Brother, you have to read other posts also - 2/3 page earlier, brother v_i_r_u_s gave that information. It takes time between charging and ecas update. may take 15 days.

My baby lost his US passport in India and he is a foreigner in India so as a proof of admission he doesn't have entry exit stamp on his new passport, I thought of attaching translated copy of FIR in order for evidence that he lost his passport and does contain entry exit stamp on lost passport.

Any Advice??

Dont know why they are not ready to give. May be because I want an FIR to be translated.. ??? ??? ???

Hi

how i can log into ecas? using UCI? right? but i don't have one... how to get it? I was charged yesterday and I called CIC but the agent who answered my call said i have to wait for PER:( ... what do you suggest?

kollins said:
Yes.....it's possible .
You will still need to take it back to your back for them to confirm the correctness and stamp it.
Weigh the two options, you will see that it's faster to let your bank print it out for you.....some mins .
If you did print on yourself and give them to check for correctness and stamping, you may have to wait for couple of hours.
Cheers
.

I cannot find any point in the CIC documentation or checklist that things have to be stamped by the bank. Also deposit statements that are also mentioned as acceptable means are usually not stamped by the bank. Maybe it is the case in India but I can assure that this is not the case in Germany, Australia or China where I have or had bank accounts.
