HI all need some guidance for applying for WES verification. I have got attested documents from the university but they have not put the date and Oon WES site it is mentioned it should be attested and dated, so how to go for it, I am really confused, please guide.

It means that if your DD has been encashed on 3rd July, your bank will still say, DD has not been encashed.

You are still very much in the race. Just wait for 1 week more. Stay positive.

Please note that even if you enter Canada this way, how will you survive the first couple of months or so, until you get a job? If you qualify on the FWSP, I would assume that you are from a decent background and need a job for maintaining yourself (and your family). Without atleast the recommened $$$, you will have a fairly bad experience in Canada brother - I dont think you should move there without proper planning.

A few questions:
1. Unencumbered funds: They will ask for last 6 months statement, how will your trick work?
2. If they ask you to bring that money into Canada, what is your plan?
3. Most Interesting Point is that you are posting this on a board for the world to see. Brave? Foolish? You decide. Even if someone has a plan for you, a PM would be more appropriate in such cases? (I dont have a plan for this, though it is an interesting conversation).

Last point ---> He is just using a handle EAGLE EYE to post questions.... how will the world come to know the exact applicant name and other details..

Other two points are 100% valid...

in my case WES has received my documents as per website so next 20 days waiting period . I have done MBA with Marketing Specialisation with BA ( Economics Major) .How much point I can claim i am looking for NOC 0111.

2, IELTS : which is better provider (BC or IDP) in Hyderabad india.

3. will th NOC 0111 cap will be there till September 15 please reply

Have few questions regarding proof of funds :
1 :Can we show properties as proof of funds?
2 :Can we deposit the required amount a week before sending the application and take a bank statement ? I mean is it valid if the funds are maintained just a week before or they need a proof of fund from 6 months ?
3 : Confused about proof of funds.

Hi , answering only your first query.

Your Masters can fetch you 23 points only if WES evaluates and finds it to be a Canadian Masters equivalent.

In all cases , whatever the Canadian equivalency is on the WES report, you will be awarded the corresponding points.

Remember, to submit the Original ECA + proof of education with your application.

I have to translate a document but the translators are saying they will certify the copy and put a stamp of "government certified translator" but they cant provide an affidavit.
Is the AFFIDAVIT NEEDED or any other option?

I sent attested documents without dates but did not face any problem.. but ensure that you send it in a sealed cover.. and also put degree / diploma certificate separately outside the sealed cover.

Important: Above information is relevant for India and your country may require something different.. ensure that you stick to all other WES requirements..

Hi , please find the answers below:

1.No. It can be shown as ASSETS. Not Settlement Funds.

2.No you can't . Your VO may request you to send 6-12 months bank statement at a later stage

3. Proof of funds - Unencumbered and liquid funds ,which are not borrowed.
