Hi everyone, need your advice here..
I have BE and MBA. I had sent the transcript covers in one big envelope and sent to wes. For BE it is marked as accepted. But for my MBA it is marked as not received. Sad
Should I resend my MBA or its just their review in progress??

it seems your MBA document was not accepted. how did you send you MBA documents.

@ seniors, Do we have any cases in the past wherein the date received got revised after sending additional documents? please comment!

Hi

The University I studied sent the Transcript to WES directly some times back and it was received by them on 06-07-2014

But, still the status showing "required documents pending"

I sent a msg also through their "contact us" on 07-07-2014, but still there is no reply also

>:(

Any advice what I should do now?

This is complicated you should have send all the documents in single mode as there is reference number attached to it. send Master degree document attaching reference number print out to it again. many have done same in the past and no issue happened. ensure you are attaching print out of reference number.

hi seniors

To prove my relationship with my uncle in Canada I sent Uncle Indian passport copy, secondary school certificate, Canada passport, citizen card, bank statement, current year assessment, employer letter and on the other side for my father I have sent indian passport copy and secondary school certificate.

last week only my father got his marriage registered. this certificate has father name to strengthen the proof of relationship. should I send this certificate copy also as an additional documents with the cover letter or should I wait and send only if they want any additional proof because I have already submitted adequete documents.

Please assist

any suggestion.

Buddy,

Actually there is no authorized provision to send additional docs to CIC after app submission.

And so far the relative docs u have submitted seems quite enough to me....

So I think u need not to send this docs additionally right now ...U can send docs once they request for more...:)

Good luck..

I've not kept myself updated with forum posts due to heavy work-related traveling. I see that conversation has reverted back to the topic of potential dates at which NOC caps could be reached. I think any calculation / projection of cap reach dates is futile. Why do I say so? Because any calculation or projection uses data that is available from the past and extrapolates it into the future. If the future behaved in the same way the past did, we'd all live in a very predictable world and life would be very easy, wouldn't it? For example, assume 100 applications have been received for a particular NOC by the 4th day the application cycle. Based on the average number of applications received per day (25) by then, one can extrapolate and predict that the cap for that occupation will be reached in 40 days (=1,000/25). In life, the past is rarely prologue. For all you know, there could be a deluge of applications on the 5, 6, 7, and 8th days of the application cycle and the cap for that occupation could be reached by the 9th day. Then again, the majority of applicants who were interested in the NOC could have applied by the 4th day, and then onwards applications received could slow down to a trickle leading to the cap not being reached for another couple of months. In a nutshell, you simply cannot predict these things with any sort of accuracy. The best counsel that I can give for those that still haven't filed their applications is to do so as quickly as possible. However, don't sacrifice accuracy. This forum is replete with members who've filed their applications quickly only to realize that they've forgotten to sign a form or failed to enclose the required copies of their degrees. Read, re-read, and re-read again the Instruction Guide (IMM EG 7000). It guides you step-by-step on how to complete all the required forms. Pay very, very close attention to the Document Checklist form (IMM 5612) as well, as it details all the documents that need to be enclosed with the application. And if in doubt with any part of the application process, you can always turn to forum members for advice.

Good luck!
