Hi All!

I can see in the spreadsheet that 9 people from CPC Ottawa already got medical requests! How is this possible, are they applying through another program or do they have a job offer?

Thanks
Basic reason behind CPC Ottawa's success is no background check, because they deal with applicants in USA and Canada which means they are already clean.

I have been with 4 companies
1 8 months -- company closed
2 3 years -- satyam merged with TEchm
3 1 year
4 2 years
5 2 years and continue.....
Do I have to submit Refrence letter from all companies? I have offer letter and reliving letter from all companies which shows clearly :
Employment dates , Regular employee , designation and Last drawn salary... I could get reference letter from my current employer.

I hope you meant is that in first form all details of primary applicant and your name in the applicant and in the second form spouses details with spouse name in the applicant with the details corresponding to each ones family in the respective forms. :o :o :o :o :o

So what's the mistake in this ? you fill this form 2 time, first for you and second for your spouse, in both time you write your name in applicant field and your spouse name in spouse name field, then you sign the form with your details and your spouse sign the form with her details, when i say details i mean ( father, mother, brothers and sisters ), please correct me if i'm wrong

You are mistaken. If you are a principal applicant and you have a spouse, then in one form, you are the applicant. In the second form, your spouse is the applicant and you are the spouse in your spouse's form.

Exactly...Phewwww...

Thank you Namaste...he scared the Sh$$ out of me. :-\ :-\ :-\ :-\

It can be like they don't have to run deep background check as it has been done when they first applied for US or Canadian Visa, chances of forgery are very less in Canada or US compared to other countries, etc. can be the reason for faster processing.

I think, you should call the customer care of your respective credit card companies and ask them to increase your international spending limit.

we are never informed by the credit card companies about this limit.

maybe this will help. and you can use any card out of them. both are good to go.

best of luck. :)

Thanks for reply @ scorpionjot, but i am not worried about the limit as my both cards have limit ( > 2000 $) which is more then required (1100 $ in my case) i already checked for international limit its more then required...
but i am worried that if i provide all details of card, and when they start charging my card, .... WILL IT ASK FOR OTP (one time password) ?

Hi, am new on this forum and I need help regarding previous FSWP application which is being refunded. I applied in 2007 through a lawyer based in Canada. After few feedbacks on application status in same year, i stopped receiving further updates from him, all efforts to contact him through emails and phone calls have not yielded results. I only have proof of the draft raised for the application,
with the email confirming the application was mailed in march 2007. I had paid his professional fees but no firther update. How do i get my refund as am aware the fees are being refunded. I do not even have my file number. can anyone kindly help me with any idea how to go about this. Thanks

Hi, simply send an email to CIO stating your full name, date of birth and the passport number used for the application. Inform them of the circumstances of your previous application and payment and they could get back to you. All the best. :)

Sec school cert? Where did that come from in must haves? That could be an alternative in absence of birth cert but not a must have for sure.

BTW, my wife's PAN card copy is attached (along with the passport copy) - I think they both should give them enough evidence for my wife DOB. But can't be sure as I haven't heard anything yet.

If you see the spreadsheet few mates Included sec school certificate (matric) and they have their cc charge/dd encashed....
But it must have
Applicant name
Dob
Parents name......

I dont think Pan card copy can be considered as a proof of birth......

No it wont ask for OTP. As you have authorized them to withdraw fund from your CC, they can withdraw it.
