I have already reviewed this link but could not find any combination as per my test score. what I want to know is if it is section wise points or CLB wise .i.e. if my points are 21 or 16.

Hello seniors, I have a similar kind of question, is it true that IELTS test result is now valid for 3 years?

Also, if someone has 3yr diploma in Electronics and Communication post 12th, how many points he can claim and also with this qualification, if he has experience in Computer network technicians (2281), can he apply under FSW?

You will get 21 points for your 3 years diploma

Yes, you can apply provided your duties match what is mentioned under eligible NOC's. Please note the experience has to be min 1year continous

1. Ielts validity 2 yrs
http://www.ielts.org/institutions/institutions_faqs/test_scores.aspx
For how long is an IELTS test score valid?
IELTS scores have a recommended two year validity period.

2. Diploma point: Cannot comment without ECA. If it is considered 3 yrs, you will get 21 points.

3. As long as you got continuous 1 year of experience in 2281, you are eligible regardless of your field of study.

Hi All,

My application for NOC 2173 reached CIO on 7th May and cc was charged on 18th June.

At the time of submission of the FSW application, I was unaware that VO for South Korea is Manila. So, I wrote Seoul as the Visa office. Will this wrong indication of the VO will affect my chances of getting PER?

Thank you in advance.

Hi Seniors,

I have one query for which I did not get any concrete answer from anyone. I am claiming 5 points for proof of relationship in Canada.
to prove the relationship with my uncle in Canada I have submitted my uncle' s Indian passport with father and mother name, secondary school certificate with father name on it and marriage certificate on the other hand for my father I have submitted Indian passport which has common father and mother name and secondary school certificate which has common father name.

I think passport is enough to prove relation although I have submitted extra documents. can you please help to understand are these documents enough to claim relationship. for proof of address and citizen I have submitted separate documents which I think are sufficient.

No worries. They probably would have corrected it for you.

Please see point number 14 in the checklist, here at http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/forms/IMM5612E.pdf

If you have shown documentary evidence of a common parent, it should be enough. Checklist doesn't specifically talk about passport in this case, but in my opinion it should be alright..
