I have a doubt dats troubling me . Actually my job responsibilities matches 40%-50% with the job responsibilities mentioned in the NOC list.
So wat real chances do i have to be considered under the NOC??

It should be atleast 60% jobs and duties to be match.

i am applicant of NOC 2132 current cap reached 29

my wes ready and my wife's ielts ready
but i have not achieved my ielts score.
so i am planning to retake my ielts on 16th august or 6th september

i have question regarding cap filling till middle of september?
idp is best or british counsil?

i am not happy with idp once>>>
please guide me!!!

Hi Buddy, Congratualtions... When your DD encashed? and on which date you saw ECAS update.

Asking becos mine DD got encashed on 23 rd June still no update in ECAS.

Do not forget to keep a cover letter explaining that they should first try to encash the bank draft and credit card authorization is only a back-up option in case of any problem with bank draft.. and also they should return the bank draft in case they use cc..

Hello All,

Need all your votes here, the scenario is i sent an copy ofr ECA which was notarized i consulted all and felt sending second package is a good idea now the question is

Whether i need to add a cover letter explaining the that i have already sent an package which reached on 10th june and as ECA was missing i am sending this new package.

Suppose if a miracle happens and they dont notice the ECA part and it gets processed or they query and ask me to send only the ECA then how do i get the second package back is their a defined process for that so that i dont fall into duplicate package issue and get banned or something.

Hello All,

I want suggestion/ comments from everybody who has made it through the first stage.

I have the company experience letter on letter heads last time i sent originals and this time iam getting another set of originals should i send originals or copies for the following

1.Company Experience Letters with duties?
2.POF Fixed Deposit Bank certificate?

I ams ending following originals for the following
1.All FSW pdf forms
2.ECA
3.IELTS
4.PCC
5.Photos
6.DD ( I checked with HDFC international DD is valid for 6months and i got it today)
7.Birth Affidavit with cover letter (copy of 10th marksheet)
8.Same Name Affidavit with cover letter ( Used different combination of names with initials including father name so clarifying)

I am sending following as copies/photocopy attested
1.Passport (applicant n spouse)
2.Work experience (offer,Merit Increase,Sal stubs, Form16 and ITreturns) Except Duties or experience Letters
3.Marriage Ceritifcate

I request all the reply and comment on this tomorrow i am planning send the package again

Experts Please comment on the above and is it the same stuff to be sent some in original and some in copies.

How will i know that my DD is cashed. I mean the bank that made DD has deducted the amount from my account and will the bank authorities provide the information?? Confused :-X
