What they gave alone will not work. In addition to that, u have to get letter of reference from your supervisor or colleagues from the previous company. Let it be on a stamp paper duly signed by them. Provide their contact numbers, business card, copy of ID cards etc. If u can get a letter from the ex-company stating that they will not provide the letter of referecnce , it will be good. Else give an explanation on y u cant get the reference letter from the ex-employer in a separate sheet. Provide copies of pay stubs, tax forms etc . Please make sure u have captured all the required details in the letter given by the supervisor or colleague
