@ Century / Partner Shah - Do you think NOC 0013 is the right selection for mj.sb? BTW, there's NOC 0015 somewhat similar, though again for a senior level. What are your thoughts brother?

As mj.sb has already been applied, let's wait for the outcome. If it get returned, certainly CIO will describe reasons behind return. There could be other error which is unknown without getting the return package and now if reapplied, it could be repeated.

Both the NOC 0013 and 0015 will not reach cap of 1000 for sure. So let's wait for the result.

Brother I have my documents in English and have it notarized too.. is it ok if I send true copy notarised docs.. like passport travel info educational certificates experience certificates etc..

Hi,

Find clear suggestion as below:

1. Municipal Recommendation letters are not accepted as Birth Certificate

2. High School Character certificate are not accepted as Birth Certificate

3. There should be a standard format for BC in your respective country. If you can tell us your nationality , forum members from your nationality will guide you on how to obtain the same.

4. If you are unable to get it you may provide your Secondary School certificate , in this case it is only acceptable if it contains your full name, your parents names, and your date of birth.

5. Also if any of the above documents are not in English , you need to provide Certified Translation according to the guidelines mentioned on the CIC website for FSW applicants

municipal authorities are authorized to register births from gov of nepal and the hospitals issue birth certificates as well these days but we are supposes to get the birth registered at municipal unit...hence i believe ceetificate from municipality with names of parent n dob should be fine....

Dear Senior Members,

I have marketing/sales experience of 9+ years.
Applying for category 1123.
Have 71 points calculated.
All case ready except DETAILED experience letters.

Problem is arising of "new experience letter" issuance from an ex company i served for 3 years.
I mean "duties & responsibilities, salary details,work hours".
Although its a national scale orgnaization, still highly bureaucratic in its system/working style.

I am after them to give the required letter but no success yet.

My query:
1-WILL the experience letter they gave me earlier, stating "designation"and & "time period" i worked there, ENOUGH?

2- How can justify if they donot give required letter?

Yea dear it is first come first serve in case of Date ( time not considered).... My question is how a person in CIC knows about all 50 job code's roles and responsibilities.. even if they provided a sheet with information of desired roles details for cross verification...still that won't be accurate when they validate....

Brother don't worry about this. They obviously have their ways.

Yes if that is the way BC's are issued in your country it is fine. No worries.

But there is difference between "Certificate" and " Recommendation Letter"
