If I have understood your question correctly , CIO process the applications on a first come first served basis, regardless of NOC.

Issue regarding birth certificate :- i justve recommendation letter issued by municipality stating my father name and my date of
birth only and in no certificate my parents name are written
except in character certificate issued by my high school and
my date of birth is written in local year which is not english

Hi,

Find clear suggestion as below:

1. Municipal Recommendation letters are not accepted as Birth Certificate

2. High School Character certificate are not accepted as Birth Certificate

3. There should be a standard format for BC in your respective country. If you can tell us your nationality , forum members from your nationality will guide you on how to obtain the same.

4. If you are unable to get it you may provide your Secondary School certificate , in this case it is only acceptable if it contains your full name, your parents names, and your date of birth.

5. Also if any of the above documents are not in English , you need to provide Certified Translation according to the guidelines mentioned on the CIC website for FSW applicants

Bro, the spreadsheet shows 128 applications with NOC 2171 at CIO.

Now there are only 5 people who received PER as per spreadsheet, but cic website says 28. So lets consider 28/5 = 1/5.6 of applicants with NOC 2171 are active on this forum. Total no of 2171 applications at CIO = 128. We can deduce that 128 * 5.6 = 717 applications have reached from across the world.

So if you apply now, there is good chance you will fall under cap.

You seem partly self-employed and partly employed to me.

Might be little personal , but may we know what is your income source (salary / profit share /dividends)?

By the way it would be interesting to know who are you getting your reference letter from(if you are intending to get any) ?

Note: Self -employed applicants need different set of documents to accompany their application.

No one can make u sure when the cap will be filled but you can try...its upto you...luck matters

Nd i think passport must have validity of atleast 1 year when it reaches cic...from my point of view you must renew passport for ur spouse..

Dear mj.sb, The reason I ask for clarification is because this NOC seems quite senior to me. Someone with may be 15 or 17 plus years of professional experience. Although you are a share holder in this family business, have you checked with any consultants / immigration lawyers on the fitment with NOC 0013? Or let me pass the question to brother Shah or Century here....to get their thoughts on this.

PS - If they may not be around now I am sure this can be checked in the forum tomorrow. May be I am being over-cautious, but good to eliminate the doubt upfront.
