It is going to go at least until the foliage hits its peak in Nova Scotia.

sir with due respect , there are not only seniors like kollins,neel, ashii, but also lovely ppl like oscar, county and then list goes on.

My concern is it gona make december or augst could b likely climax.

I just meant that I am neither senior nor lovely, that's all.

And as I alluded to the foliage, so it is going to go until October at least. Perhaps even beyond that.

My reference and experience letters (standard format) do not say how many hours per week / day I am supposed to work, just says Full Time. I work in an American MNC. Reading the emphasis on Number of Hours, will the CIC, accept the letters or deem these as incomplete (&send back my application)?

Although the checklist explicitly asks for the information regarding number of hours per week, but the use of the word full-time is sufficient in my opinion, because it is an accepted norm for working hours.

NOC 0013's opening statements lists establishments throughout the telecommunications, finance, insurance, real estate, and data processing, hosting and related services industries as well as other business service industries



But the other NOC 0015 lists establishments in broadcasting and related media services, wholesale trade, retail trade, accommodation and food service, and other services not elsewhere classified.

This seems like a better fit to me.

As per my understanding, you need assessment of masters only.. however, take opinion from more forum members..

as far as my experience with immigration consultants, they are highly defensive by nature and sometimes ask to do much more than required.. even at the cost of time..

Thanks. I have spoken to the CIC Call center folks on two occasions. Even they were of the opinion that i am not required to get the bachelor degree assessed.

However, i have spoken to a few immigration consultants, and for some reason all of them said they i need to get the bachelor credentials assessed too. Seems illogical to me.

Any other opinion/experience on this matter would be appreciated. Just to state my query again, i have a Master's degree from Canada ( M.Engg) and a bachelor's (B.Tech) from India. Do i need to submit ECA for the bachelor's degree?

NOC should be selected based on work experience. Major field doesn't matter.

hi seniors,

i am paying my fsw application through demand draft. the problem is, the demand draft that my bank issued didn't indicate any information that will be associated to my fsw application. they didn't indicate my name on the check. is this okay? what if the check was misplaced and included in other applications, how will they know that the demand draft is mine?
