My CC was charged 23 days ago and I am still did NOT get the PER !!!. No one knows how CIC works and on what priorities !!!

What is average time between CC and PER?
When was the last PER issued?

It seems that 7 May Applicants more or less threw CIC off balance. They should start getting back to the earlier pace once the 7 / 8 May applicants are done, I suppose.

Ok here is the basics:

1) If you were employed and you went for vacation .. you wouldn't out it because your actual status is employed.

2) If you were unemployed and you went for vacation .. it would more likely be considered travel , which you would document in personal history.

Either way you would need to mentioned it in the Supplementary Information Form ..

You can send your application from anywhere in the world regardless of your current address.

If you change your address later on, you have to inform your VO after getting your AOR.

In case, your file get returned, give such a mailing address so that your file can be received. You can use your relative's address here.

Your current address details should be what they are currently. It should check out with the rest of our history.

You may use a return address label for London though .. if you know the exact address.

Experience letter indicating job responsibilities (matching your NOC) is the most important thing.. other supporting docs (salary stubs etc.) make your case stronger.
