ok for relative proof of residence how many type of docs from list are needed? last one says credit card invoices and bank statements. I have asked for only e recent credit card statements which I have received recently and plan only 2 credit card statement of my uncle so will that do or credit card statement and bank statement has to be there, both. if only 2 credit card statements will suffice do I need more typr of docs from the list or just this would suffice as there r 6 type of docs mentioned in checklist.

In the Document Checklist, CIO asked for credit card statement AND bank statement. That is they expect reflection of some purchase transaction in Canada in the credit card statement and payment of those purchase through bank statement.

hi guys, I wanted to share my saddness to make myself somehow relax.

My wife and myself are scared from past one week. We are staying in rented independent house in Bangalore, India. For past one week i'm facing issue with suspected person(s) are coming to our house terrace and making nasty(toilet). i never heard such kind of suspected person. Don't know, at what time they are coming. next to our house there is one empty plot. we have been staying since Feb 2013. we never faced any issue. We talked about this issue to our neighbour and they confirmed as they are theif and told us already some theft happend in the house when our house owner were stayed. we noticed now there is lot of safety problems in the house. Seriously i'm looking to change house.

Please guide me, how can i change the address in CIC if i move into new house.

On the CIC application accepted tracking page, the line just before the table reads as " Total received toward the overall cap: 491 of 25,000" and then the column header within that table reads as Number of complete applications counted towards the 1000 subcap"

Question:
1) what is this 491. Applications who received PER or just fees encashed?
2) What is this 25000 cap limit. With 1000 subcap for 50 occupation the number should be 50000 right? Or is it they would just stop at 25000 accepted application?
3) Within that number of accepted application against each occupation, for example (115 for code 1112) : Is that number for applications who have received PER or even fees encashed qualifies to uptick this running number?

hello all.... i want to ask that my ielts is going to be expired on 11th july and i ve already sent my file on 12th which is received on 18th june but still its not opened and i didnt get any information abt it .the main issue is ieits is going to be expired but file is not yet open .wht wil be the result of it . is they reject my file if it wil be open after 11th july or they accept it. or they demand new ielts certificate???

My experience pertains to two different NOCs, however I will be mentioning only one NOC as primary NOC in 12 a of Form Schedule 3 and will list down experience for both the NOCs in 12 b. I hope this would be fine.

Yes...do not mention the second NOC anywhre...job duties are fine but try to match 80% job duties with the NOC that you are applying...

You can't claim points for your wife's uncle, therefore no need to mention him in the application.

My wife's uncle is a Citizen of Canada but last 7 years he is staying in USA and he don't have any kind of lease document or electricity or telephone bill. So whether will it be wise decision to listed his as a relative. Without relative point i am having the eligible poit .

I don't know how long we have to wait!!!!! do you know if there is anyway to check with them.

U are absolutely ok brother...
Its the received date of ur application....Not the date they will open...

So u will not be asked for new report ...


So just relax...
