How many days do they take to reply...i m planning to mail them just to have a confirmation on my applied job code

Our goal is to respond to your enquiry within five to ten working days. However, depending on the nature of your question and the volume of e-mails received daily, it may take longer. A representative from the Enquiry Response Team will follow-up with you as soon as possible.

The above was their initial reply, but I sent it on the 24th April and they replied on the 16th May which is 16 working days.
Yours could be shorter

My IELTS is on 19th July and ECA may get done by Aug 4th. I am an e-commerce/retail architect that can qualify for 2171, 2173 or 2174.
Please let me know what my chances are for each?

Thanks

In the Document Checklist, CIO asked for credit card statement AND bank statement. That is they expect reflection of some purchase transaction in Canada in the credit card statement and payment of those purchase through bank statement.

Thanks for elaborating the matter.

would it be fine if i show my cousin's credit card bill payment from this bank account?

I would say very slim but who knows you might be in as well
