Can one apply under 1212 NOC if Education Background is Engineering in Computers

Yes, certainly. No problem at all as long as s/he got 1 year or more of continuous work experience.

Well everyone care here otherwise this forum wouldn't have been alive.

No one updated about DD charged for 1112 on 7th May app. Since most of the DD applicants get PER then they understand that their DD was charged. But when - not sure.

Ok,thanks - I meant no offense

I just called my bank (HDFC) and my DD is still outstanding and no attempt has been made to encash yet.

I am a 7th May applicant and my application was received in early hours.

Any cause for concern?? Or is it ok?

Regards,

Need some help with the below concerns
i. We (me and my spouse) own a property (apartment) and have a home loan for this.
Should I mention the values in both Assets and Liabilities or just assets? OR NOTHING..
Do we need to provide some documents to support this? If yes, which documents would serve the purpose?
ii. What else can be part of the assets?

iii. For the 14700 CAD we need to show.. what documents can support this? if a Bank Statement.. it should be for how many months? OR just a letter from bank mentioning the amount is fine??

iv. I'll be entering Canada on 24th July on an OWP.. so I'll be using the communication addresses and the port entry details too.. will that impact my application negatively because I'll apply immediately once I land there?? hope I don't need to provide any proof for the comm. address..

Thanks guys

It is absolutely OK. Out of 148 forum applicants, around 80 applicants are waiting for CC/DD to be charged (more than 50%). The game is far from over. Relax.

do i have to get my mbbs degree to be attested by higher education commission pakistan before sending to medical council of canada??

its photocopy is to be sent or origin document needed??

@ tayyabatahir:

Attestation by HEC is a must and probably medical council of canada will also have a requirement (similar to WES) that they should get a sealed envelope from HEC having attested photocopies of degree and transcript. Original documents must not be sent, only photocopies are required to be submitted.
