IMHO, That should be sufficient. Is there any other proof of your nomination to the FD?

May be some friends would like to know the below, since I hear a lot of folks getting all worked up about CAPs being filled:

My guess is that the spread sheet data might roughly account for about 18% to 23% of the global figures. But there is also a line of thought in my mind that the decreasing level indicators (for later applicants) on our spread sheet might be slightly misleading when correlated with global numbers, as most people applying in FSWP so late might not be as aware of the forum (hence they are not present here) in comparison to the ones that applied early (read, May, June etc.). Many early applicants have been aware of the CIC process for a few years and they have a high probability of knowing about the forum. Just my thoughts there!!!

One thing to factor in, is the decrease in application count over time. Remember when the Cap opened on May 1st several people like me were waiting with ECA and IELTS ready and therefore what we see is a surge in applications for this reason between May 6th to May 14th or so (many of us were waiting until May 1st EOD, so as to post our applications on May 2nd morning after ensuring that CIC has not changed any of the application forms). Eventually, after a point in time, the data should show the average applications per day to settle down at a reduced level in comparison with the early May peak levels.

PS - Basis data just revised on Jul 1st, I notice the # of applications continue to drop substantially from about an average of about 26 or so for May 15th to 26th period to about 12 or so for Jun 18th to 26th period (and an even worse, average of about 7.5 applications, for Jun 24th to 30th).

Sounds positive. In the affidavit, if you have mentioned that she is your mother and you are the sole nominee that I think it would work our well.
There should not be an issue so just stay calm.

In my understanding you will get PER, If they required more clarity then local VO will ask for it in later stages.

Yes, the FD certificate issued from the bank states that I am the nominee.

I agree with you she will be safe and if required they ask for more clarification later thats why they call it Initial review they have alot to review later

Irrespective of NOC, CIC is currently processing 7th May applications. It should take another month or so to come to 16th May.

Hey Guys,

I have a question,
for proof of funds in form there three fields, Assets, Liabilities and Net assets. I haven't mentioned anything in Assets and liabilities. I have just mentioned figure in Net Assets. I have submitted my Balance sheet with the application, which shows my personal liabilities like personal loan, loan for mobile etc...

But I can justify and explain the source of the net assets i have mentioned in the form.
