BTW, is only Father's name good enough? Is the following reason for the rejection against the remark colimn of your application correct: CIC dont "accept SSC marksheet as proof of Birth certificate as mine does not have Date of birth on it".

Another question - on the Fee Payment form I did not write my full name in the signature field, just put my signature - I assume, it's fine too?

I entered myself into the 2914 spreadsheet, but I don't see my entry yet - is that how it's supposed to be or should I re-enter? Thanks!

My application is received by DAVID on 30th june'14 under 0911.

My question is- I have submitted self attested job duties on a4 size sheet..

There i came to know that i did a clerical mistake...

I,xxxxxxxx working as a Manager in xxxxxx xxxx xxxxxx since 01/08/2014.

Actually I have to write 01/08/2012..however, in other forms date is correct...

Is this a serious issue or it is acceptable by CIC....

So, it will be your Experience Letter and not the Form that will certify your joining date.

If possible, my suggestion, to provide a new reference letter with the signature of your supervisor even in white paper, if letter head is not possible. Document checklist says self-attested reference letter is not accepted and still now, nobody with self-attested reference letter claimed to be charged CC/DD.

I noticed now that I did not submit the certificate only I sent the original the ECA report, is this will be a problem or the application will be rejected?

I am a FSW 2014 applicant currently in the US and have mentioned my visa office as New Delhi.I had to choose New Delhi since I have some visa issues in the US.Now, that i received my PER and in future if my application were successfully processed while I were in the US and i get a passport request do I have to go to India for the visa stamping or can i get the visa stamped from the CPC-Ottawa.I browsed through this forum and i found some CEC aplicants were successful in getting the visa stamped in a different VO other than the ones mentioned in their application.But not sure about the FSW ?
Would appreciate any inputs.

If your credit card holders name and your name is same, in that case, it could be OK but still not sure. Someone from bank could give right answer.

CIC recommends reference letter in letter head. One person reported Ecas update after sending reference letter in white paper signed by his supervisor.

An applicant's changing of VO is almost nil.

5. Can my file be transferred from one Canadian Immigration Visa Office to another?

Can i submit attested photo copies of my marks sheets, my college says it will take them a weeks time to print transcripts. I'm wondering if I can submit photocopies of my post graduation degree along with photo copies of my marks sheets all attested and stamped.

In my opinion, you can submit it.. provided that, the marksheets are attested by college registrar (if your college is autonomous i.e. deemed university) otherwise attested by Controller of examination,in case of affiliated to State University...then after attestation, the marksheets + degree certificate should be placed in a university/college sealed envelope (this is mandatory).
