can any one help that for FSWP, to apply in this october/november ,
so at what time supporting fund proof need to be show,now? means on first submission of full application or later on medical/visa interview?

There are several fields on the spread sheet. Why don't you try using the 'FSW entry' spread sheet link under Century's signature (his post is on previous page) and try filling it. If you can't fill by yourself, then suggest using the 'FSW spreadsheet' link and opening a spread sheet to view all fields and accordingly provide inputs mate! Thanks!!

i did that half an hour ago ..... but it doesn't get updated or might be they will update when they come online ..

anyways what u think when is my chance of getting the per ??

2. After successful entry into the form, you will be redirected to a page. Please click on the "Edit your response"

3. Now you will redirected to another page, where you will find all your current entry in a from. For change or add entry in future either bookmark the page or copy and save the address from the address bar.

No, it is not serious.

New applicants who is still yet to submit please note the below frequent errors:

Do last moment check: Most Frequent Errors

Ensure counting all the pages of form.
Ensure writing your full name at the last page of generic form.
Ensure selecting correct visa office
Ensure writing names in native languages
Ensure writing name, DoB, photo taken date at the back of photos
Ensure including self-addressed labels
Ensure while filling form IMM5406 by your spouse, s/he is applicant
Ensure Assets = Your property + settlement fund
Ensure providing original ECA, IELTS, and PCC
Ensure birth certificate contains your name, father's name, and your DoB
Ensure providing photocopy of degree/master certificates.

Yes. CIC might reject application due to mismatch in name. If you check any returned application, each box in IMM0008 form is checked throughly and the CIC officer places a small red check mark against each box.... so looks its checked throughly.

If your application has not reaached CIC yet, it would be worth asking them to hold your package and send in a new one soon.

Its not worth taking a chance on this!
Just my thought, seniors members on the forum might provide more info.

My application is received by DAVID on 30th june'14 under 0911.

My question is- I have submitted self attested job duties on a4 size sheet..

There i came to know that i did a clerical mistake...

I,xxxxxxxx working as a Manager in xxxxxx xxxx xxxxxx since 01/08/2014.

Actually I have to write 01/08/2012..however, in other forms date is correct...

Is this a serious issue or it is acceptable by CIC....
