Can i submit attested photo copies of my marks sheets, my college says it will take them a weeks time to print transcripts. I'm wondering if I can submit photocopies of my post graduation degree along with photo copies of my marks sheets all attested and stamped.

Hello All,

Can we all contribute in finding how many covers letter are required to be sent in different situations and it would be good if we can have the format for the samel.

Cover letter for POF
Cover Letter for DOB AAffidavit
Cover Letter for Different Names used and belong to same person

Any other stuff are and can we share the above formats which save some time.

Can we all ask the the applicants who got DD encahsed or got PER's to share their experience and best would be list out all the docs provided and anything specific that they provided with the usual checklist documents like cover letters or form16 or income tax returns etc etc

Above will help everybody new and who are about to send and who are mid way preparing a kind of checklist and format of cover letter this will help people to review things again and again.

no problem you can attest all the marksheets and u r degree cert attested. I did the same way and WES certified it.
Make sure u donot miss any docs if its a trimester.

Thanks just to make sure im doing it right. I will be getting my Bachelors degree certificate photocopy attested by registrar or controller of examination and Bachelors marks sheets which is consolidated in one, it includes all 3 years in one

Then I will be getting my post graduate degree attested and also the 4 semesters mark sheets.

These 2 will be put in 2 different envelopes and then sealed and signed by respective registrars.

Did i miss anything ?

So what would be suggestion since i have provided a ECA photocopy should i send additional package with just the ECA original and cover letter or prepare new application package and send it in two weeks.

There are 2 situations:

Situation 1: Cap reached by this time.
I know, the chance of filling cap is very low, if it gets filled up, the best solution is to send the ECA original and cover letter giving your old UCI.

Situation 2: Documents are not linked
No one can give you gurantee that your documents will be attached with old one because CIC never officially declare it. In this case, it is prudent to send new applications with cover letter that you send an application on MMDDYYY without original ECA and sent the original ECA on MMDDYYY. In case older application is rejected, hence, this new application.

Take other opinion also.

Document checklist is missing. In the courier address, write only "NOC Category".

Also do the following checking:
Ensure counting all the pages of form.
Ensure writing your full name at the last page of generic form.
Ensure selecting correct visa office
Ensure writing names in native languages
Ensure writing name, DoB, photo taken date at the back of photos
Ensure including self-addressed labels
Ensure while filling form IMM5406 by your spouse, s/he is applicant
Ensure Assets = Your property + settlement fund
Ensure providing original ECA, IELTS, and PCC
Ensure birth certificate contains your name, father's name, and your DoB

Technically there is only a need to get the mark sheets attested but if your getting your degree certs attested its great .
I too did the same . Got mark sheets and degree both attested make sure you attached WES form in the front with reference number and the bottom part needs to be filled and signed by the office staff.
Donot miss that. its better if you get it done in ur presence.

"Ensure writing your full name at the last page of generic form.": After printing, write with black pen/ball-point pen your first name and last name.

Write "Manila" only.

Yes

I have a copy of her PR card which proves that she is a Canadian PR. However PR card doesn't include residential address, so to prove that she actually stays there, an updated address proof is required. She will be sharing bank statement in next couple of days. But the checklist say 5-6 different docs to prove her residential address where only one is available with me.

As per the document checklist;
Proof of residency:
Provide evidence your listed relative physically resides in Canada. This may include copies of:
•lease agreements,
•the most recent Notice of Assessment from the Canada Revenue Agency,
•an employer's letter confirming employment,
•monthly bills, etc., (one page of each bill is sufficient),
•credit card invoices and bank statements.
Note: The evidence should show the relative's name and full address in Canada and must be less than six (6)
months old from the date of your application submission

In addition to your aunt's PR card, you may provide any of the above, not all of them. Best of luck

my application reached cic 18 june 14 signed by mike, score-6.5 , noc 2281 , relatives -yes
