I guess, Favourmercy is referring to FSW2013 case of Floxzy. He did not include the Schedule3 Form(Your Travels).

Hello All,
So what would be suggestion since i have provided a ECA photocopy should i send additional package with just the ECA original and cover letter or prepare new application package and send it in two weeks.

Thanks in advance

Hi Ashif/Century,

I am claiming 5 points under relative in canada and would be able to produce only the bank statement of my aunt.

Is bank statement alone enough to prove mu aunt's residence?

Thanks

See this direct quote from the Document Checklist;
If your close relative is a Permanent resident of Canada, then submit a copy of his or her
• Record of Landing (IMM 1000) or
• Confirmation of Permanent Residence, or
• Permanent Resident Card.

SO this tells you that the bank statement will not work. It can only act as a supporting document to any of the above. If your aunt wants you to use her to get the additional points, she can make a copy of any of the above available to you to use in your application. Cheers :)

CIC will accept 500 applications for processing per year under the PhD stream. To apply under this stream, you must have either

finished at least two years of study in Canada towards a PhD, or
graduated from a Canadian PhD program in the 12 months before we get your application.
Find out more about eligibility for this category.

The new PhD cap year began on May 1, 2014. These are the last applications we will accept under the current system before Express Entry launches in January 2015.

Applications received toward the overall cap: 18 of 500 (as of June 20, 2014).

The number of complete federal skilled worker applications received as of May 4, 2013 is an estimate.

Yes

I have a copy of her PR card which proves that she is a Canadian PR. However PR card doesn't include residential address, so to prove that she actually stays there, an updated address proof is required. She will be sharing bank statement in next couple of days. But the checklist say 5-6 different docs to prove her residential address where only one is available with me.

Thanks

As a proof of status, the above documents need to submit.

Applicants also need to submit:

Proof of relationship and
proof of residency.

Need to follow the item 14 of document checklist.
