What if a person is doing everything mentioned in the lead statement ??? Why they will return if he has every thing to justify his experience ??? again the lead statement contains the heart of the skills and changing the words may confuse the VO while you can modify the roles and responsibilities as per your exp by keeping the key words same .Its just a suggestion

Nope !! Absolutely don't go for this idea of keeping the lead statement same!!

Your application will be returned if it is exactly the same as quoted on the website.

This is quite important . Getting a bit tensed . My WES is on the way and I am getting ready with my doc

I work for an MNC and after long follow up with HR and my manager, they agreed to give a reference letter including the job responsibilities based on our quality record system on company a letter pad ( 3 posts in 8 years). The challenge here is it might span 3 to 4 pages . Should I ask them to print all in letterhead . Or is this really big letter ?

Should I fight for a consolidated reports for all the posts. Because I share common job roles in all the last 3 posts.

Its ok. 3-4 Pages no problem, provided that it is relevant.

Remember your application will be refused if it lacks any information , not for extra information.

your suggestions

3 posts - 3 to 4 pages of reference letters is OK to me. Mine is 4 pages ;D ;D ;D.

But ensure that you don't just say "see the reference letter" in the section of IMM008_3e (schedule 3); try to write your experiences in few words using key words of from your NOC's description and ensure matching at least 80% against question 12 (b).

i have sent my application, which will deliver within 2 days.but unfortunately i have sent my spouse's academic IELTS.without her point, my point is 66.what can i do now?

1. is there any way that i can request cic to held up my application n meanwhile i will send my spouse's GT result?
2.or i wait till there rejection n then apply again? ( im afraid about the cap fillup by then)

Since it has not been delivered yet so why don't you call your courier company and ask them to return the package. They will charge nominal return charges.. That's all..

Writing exactly the same as in the lead statement is a different issue.

I was out of station for this week and not updated about recent development..

Can somebody pls inform me if there is any change in the forms..? I filled up the forms in beginning of Jun. In between, i know that some new forms were uploaded and then withdrawn..

Should i fill-up fresh forms or go ahead with older ones..? I will send application by 5-Jul

Yes, it got to be gross (and not net after deducting tax, pf, and other deductions).

U may Wait for the file return and in the mean time take spouse GT IELTS score.....

Doing everything is not an issue its an achievement and the person who is sending is sane enough my stress was on key words and lead statement contains the essential duties so i dont think it will harm if you keep them same i am closing my case .. you win i lose cheers

and the person who has asked for suggestion must follow the suggestions which will make him successful i think your will make him successful

Use the new generic form. Other is OK.

Unfortunate to hear that. With 66 points application will be rejected anyways. Btw whats your NOC??

But, since your file will reach in 2 days, CIC will take at least two and a half month to process. So your spouse has enough time to give IELTS and get the score.

If you know your UCI number I would suggest to write IELTS General asap and send it across writing a cover letter with the reason.
If you know your UCI, this is one way to keep your application in track and make things faster.

Another is to wait for your application return which will take at least 2 and a half months from now. So the choice is yours!!!!

My agent sent my form by DHL on Thursday. There are some weird entries in their tracking. It shows it had reached CINCINNATI HUB, OH - USA at 1.10 am. the next update is from LEIPZIG - GERMANY at 7.55. After a few more updates it shows it has reached ONTARIO SERVICE AREA, ON - CANADA on Sunday at 23.09 the next update shows CINCINNATI HUB, OH - USA at 9.52 on Monday. Anyone else face similar issues.
