But for:

12. Birth cerificate+marriage certificate+PANCARD+ADHAR CARD - for Applicant+Spouse


Red docs are not requried...Coz they are not NID for Indians.....And also its not required to provide on the Genric form...

Looks like there is no specific order on which they charge a day.

When you look at the wolf case , the application was received on 6:39 PM on 7th and this was en cashed on 6/17/2014

on the other hand, an applicant whose application was received at 1:39 pm on the same day was charged yesterday.

How do we analyze this pattern . for me it looks like they review all the application and then the application which are positive will be charged by someone else.

I can be wrong.

Is it required to include salary details in reference letter signed by your supervisor?
I have my pay slips and should attach the same with application.

It is required:

Letters must include all of the following information:
• the specific period of your employment with the company,
• the positions you have held during the period of employment and the time you spent in each position, • your main responsibilities and duties in each position,
• your total annual salary plus benefits in each position, and
• the number of hours worked per week in each position.

Then I would suggest to reply back to WES and ask them how could this happen it is all WES problem
