and mbbs degre only from mcc
how yo proceed for documents
should i have to send thm seprately to wes and mcc
or in same envelop to mcc

Hi

It is better to check with MCC. If they evaluate your highest degree, you do not need evaluation from WES for matric or fsc.

Follow NOC 3112 thread for answers. MBBS will be evaluated by MCC and that's enough but hurry as process takes around 3 months.

RBI guidelines for 3 mos. validity is meant for Domestic instruments only.
Foreign currency instruments (which doesn't have validity mentioned/printed on the face of the DD etc.. is good for 6 months.. be it from SBI, HDFC, ICICI, or Jammu & Kashmir Bank etc... The problem with you guys is that you don't check it with their Forex dept.. just check with the Front desk personnel/ RM's who are doing more of a Marketing job than anything else.... their knowledge is limited. Then you come posting on Forum quoting that banker/ RM said 3 months validity and spread the viral ! 8)

@ Oscar: Are you sure regarding 6 month validity of HDFC DD, as my bank representative told me that it was only valid for 3 months as per RBI regulation. Even my DD doesn't have a expiry date on it.

I have a question regarding generic application, in the section of national ID they asked for the expiration date, but my national ID has only issuance date and no expiry date, in our country all national ID has no expiration date, so what should i write?

Okay, I have read through this, note one change you made vis-à-vis my previous comment, but let me reserve my feedback for now. Request you to color code similar things from the two in one color, so that we all can see what is it that you have been able to capture from the NOC guldelines, what has not been captured (this does not get colored) and what is it that is extra in your JD (this also does not get colored). E.g. any line that is common in both color it let's say blue first in both. Then the next line that is common color both as red in both. Etc. etc.

ok i do that thanks
