If I were you I would get the package back, since it is not yet delivered at CIC (even if it has left the country, as long as it is not yet delivered at CIC yet)
If you pay the courier service handsomely (which is done) they will do as you tell them to do, i.e. divert to another address or bring back the package
First, you did not add your name to the 5th page Consent & Declaration section of the Generic Application form. Probably didn't tick either too (though that's minor)
Then this now. But not sending the Document Checklist means CIC does not know what all sections apply to you and whether the contents of the package are complete or may be you missed sending 1 or 2 things in the package as well i.e. mandatory stuff for your case which could be different from any other case in general. Just a general thought there! Also, hopefully in another day or two you don't remember one or two more things that you did incorrectly. I would consider Document Checklist an important part of the application, and if CIC accepts your case without it then consider yourself very, very lucky! Good luck!
PS - Rather tossing and turning in your bed for the next 2-3 months I suggest getting your package back / delivered to a friend's address in Canada and get the shortcomings fixed.
