Do we have to submit any original marksheets or just the photo copies of marksheets attested by registrar or controller of examination. And how degree certificates. Pls confirm

On marksheets, it depends. Your university can tell you. For example, my undergrad institute don't issue any new marksheet/transcript-so they use photocopy. But from the institution where I did my Master, they don't sign on photocopy; I got to pay amount to get a transcript.

On degree certificate, photocopies.

If I send, it will boomerang to me- will get my complete package back with one explanation letter. ECA original is mandatory- last year also few applications were returned for this reason.

So i have sent the copy of ECA but it was notarized anyway. So any comments for the same.

So i have sent the copy of ECA but it was notarized anyway. So any comments for the same.

Oh man! You did not read it completely. Read the "Proof of Education" section. it categorically asked to send the original of ECA report. ??? ??? ???

ECA report needs to be original (it is clearly mentioned in the document checklist itself), while you can submit photocopies of your other education documents (degree/mark sheets).

Only settlement fund is enough. If you have liability, you may give documents but optional.

I have sent an additional / duplicate report which i have obtained by paying 70$ from WES. My original WES has to travel a journey of 37 days to reach to India through normal mail delivery. SO i have ordered additional report and gave the address of my canadian friend and asked him to send the packet to CIC.

So will it cause any rejection ?

It is the latter, 2 years 5 months.

The way it is calculated is at pro-rata basis considering 30 hours per week as a standard (base) for full-time. However, I also read somewhere that translation does not mean that people can in any situation claim the number of hours as basis for claiming more time of work in calendar days / months / years than they actually did. For e.g. a person who has worked 45 hours a week for 10 months can't expect that his 45 hours for 10 months can mean CIC will take it as 1 year ( @ 30 hours per week since he overworked during those 10 months). But when one has under-worked from 30 hour a week then pro-rata should deem fit.

The above is just a random example, but I trust it clarifies what you ask. Cheers!!!

IMP is to mention Primary NOC Code which you did correctly (0121).. it solves their purpose
