I need urgent help. My cic application supports Wes ECA report but My ECA electronically not viewable by cic. To make cic to access my eca online I logined in wes site in fswp applicants area and remitted fee for 2 reports. Default address in wes site is home. I gone through all next and finally remitted fee of CAD 85. No where selected cic as receipient. Payment receipt i found that i am going to receive 2 copy of reports. So i think i made a mistake also now i am unable to login my wes account fswp area. Anyone can give proper reply.

Hi the same happenned with me 15 days back.

I ordered a duplicate report and it said that 2 copies would be sent to me.

Dont worry at all, the main thing is that they wil make the report electronically available to cic.

In my case they have even refunded the money i paid on their website for the duplicate report to be made available to cic, cus their system was not properly updated, hence the delay in my application too.

Just relax..They will send you a copy and a copy to cic.

Dear Century,

Please help. I have sent my application last May 23 with the help of an agent. However, I have a friend doing his application on his own. He is encountering problem when printing the generic application form. The number appearing on the right lower portion of the form is cut whenever he will print it with an 8.5x11 paper size as instructed. My question is could he use the fit to page printing option so that the numbers will be printed? If he will use the fit to page option, will it affect the bar codes when scan by CIC? I do not know what to advice to him. I do not have any idea because my forms were printed by my agent. Thank you very much for your help

I just checked it states the following:

I too selected the FSWP package but i still got the same email to apply for a duplicate report.

After i ordered a duplicate report, 3 days later they sent me another email with an apology that their system has some problem due to which they sent the duplicate report request. They have even refunded the entire money i spent (85$).

But this has caused unnecessary delay in my application process. My cc got charged on 26th may, email from WES on 7th June and even after a prompt response from my side to the mail, no sign of the PER mail till date.

I guess its this system error that might be sending mails to many of us from WES.

hi, I am a 7the May applicant and CC got charged 16th May. But I am a bit worried because my reference letter does not explicitly states my duties line by line. it only described in a short paragrahp my activities (develop image/video techniques and software implementation) and the involved projects (3DTV, video streaming). Is that ok?

a bit worry that vo cannot identify my qualification as a multimedia developer...

My application was received by Mike on 6th june so how much time they will take for giving me PER no. Will they be doing background check before giving PER no. ?
My worry is that 50% of my job responsibilities matches with the concerned NOC and that too wid little manipulations : so getting a PER no. will b tuff wat u guys say??? bt though i m hopeful....... 8 ;D

Pls how do I contact cic. I submitted my application 12th of may but the credit card I used has been stolen n cancelled. Can I call them to give them another card details? Am so confused.

That's very unfortunate bro. Seniors here will let you know what to do..
To be safe, if you can arrange another original IELTS and ECA, I advise that you send a complete new application. Because CIC will try authorizing the CC 3 times, if failed, they will return the application. You can send an updated payment form with new CC details, but I doubt that CIC can attach it with your old application (you know how many applications they have in the queue). If I were in your position, I will try hard to get another IELTS and ECA and send a complete new application.

I advice everyone who's creditcard is not charged yet, PLEASE KEEP THAT CREDITCARD IN A SECURED PLACE at home or somewhere till you get charged. Carry another credit cards for your daily use.
