I am curious about complete federal skilled worker applications in the CIC website. Does it include those people having CC/DD charged but have yet to receive a PER? :'(

I am applying for NOC 2132 for which I have total years of experience is more than 6 years. Within this experience I have also worked for NOC 2232 for more than a year.

I am thinking to apply for multiple applications for different NOC's. but have following questions

1. For point calculations, will my total experiece of 6 yrs be considered for NOC 2232 as well. Am I elgible to get 15 max points for my experience?
2. Do I need to send seperate original copies of WES reports and IELTS reports while applying for multiple NOCs ?
3. Will NOC 2232 will need a seperate Reference letter from the organization when already the job duties shows the work experience of NOC 2232 in the letter of NOC 2132 as well ?
4. If I get PR in NOC 2232 can I work in 2132 NOC in Canada ?
5. Once I get PR for either of the NOCs will money for application for which PR not granted will be refunded ?

I would be grateful to recieve response on this from your end.

Thanks

1. Yes, as long as your experience falls into Skill Level O, A, or B, you will get points. I guess, both ofyour is skill level A.

2. Separate independent applications with 2 payments.

3. One reference letter will do but try to make 2 different para: one reponsibilities list on role playing as NOC2232 and another reponsibilities list on role playing as NOC2132. It will help review officer.

4. Once you got PR, you can work in any NOCs you like; even you may opt for retirement. :P :P

5. Your initial possibly will not be return. Later on withdraw one.

FAQ by CIC:

If I have a year of work experience in more than one eligible federal skilled worker job, can I apply more than once?

Yes. You can apply as many times as you like, under the same immigration program or different programs. But, you must pay a separate application fee each time. http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/helpcentre/answer.asp?q=864&t=6

Can I withdraw my federal skilled worker application?

Yes. Contact your local visa office to withdraw your application. http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/helpcentre/answer.asp?q=108&t=6

If I withdraw my federal skilled worker application, can I get my money back?

It depends. Your fee will be refunded if the office has not begun processing your application. http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/helpcentre/answer.asp?q=109&t=6

Hi Guys,
many fields in Generic Application form (IMM 0008) blank out (go black) after checking in the box before it. Do I still have to write NA in shadowed portion ?

No Need to write NA in Grey cells

18% is good market share consider the increase in Size of pie : 25000 Appln.- FSW 2014

Last yr. the Overall share (FSW 2013: 5000 Appln) was in the range of ~20%

Marketing funda: If the Market size increases you need to penetrate more for maintaining given level of market share !!
So spend more resources on Advertising .. (SWOT Analysis : Tbd)
