a bit tensed regarding wesw. I have got evaluation done and received the docs as well. While I can see my evaluation report online, will cic be able to accedss it? i have paid $203. Do i need to pay additional fees and request WES to make it available to CIC or CIC will be able to access it otherwise?

Plz help i am really worried.

What if it's the first time I have applied?

Well in that case you have to wait for your PER email. Alternatively you can also take payment confirmation from CIC as a sign that you will receive PER soon.

If you have paid for FSWP package, then they will be able to see it.
Anyhow you are sending Original report, in case CIC could not see online, WES will contact you for additional fee.
That's it.This is not a reason to be worried. ;D

Which exchange rate VO will consider - exchange rate on the day of determining PER or exchange rate when applicant file reached CIO?

No one knows about this, Therefore it is better to keep 1000-2000CAD extra than required.

Sure I have, just to be clear, this is the scenario, for example, I have a birth certificate which is not on english, I have it translated by an official translator who serves as the affidavit, etc. Then I also have a photocopy of the original birth certificate in the language which is not english. It is that photocopy that I'm referring to of not having written the phrase "I certify this is a true copy". Only legal stamp by public notary. makes sense?

Dear Iam also very much curious now about the online viewing of WES report by the CIC, is it necessary to do now or may be later after submitting the docs to CIC. Iam asking this bcoz my document is in review progress by WES..

In your case you needed
1) Translation of BC along with an affidavit from Translator, which says that Translation is true signed by Translator
2) Photocopy of Original BC
Both Document then stamped and signed by Notary Pubic. That's it.

Just verify that the package you selected is FSWP.
You can do it in your WES account.
if it is then no worries
else contact WES regarding this issue.

Hi all,

Small clarification, i have already filed my application. Just need to check, my wife's passport does not carry my name as spouse. She is holding her original passport containing her fathers name. Do i need to get it changed with my name as spouse. We have marriage certificate with us.

If I dont get it changed, will it effect my application.

Should not be a problem. The proof of marriage should be the marriage certificate; just make sure you are submitting that with translation if not english or french. There are many countries where the woman's family name does not change after marriage e.g. arab countries.

The size of the photographs to be included for my wife and son is 46x36 mm and mine is 45x35mm.
This minor variation can be ignored or I have to go to photographer again?
Kindly reply if somebody has knowledge of the issue...

Just realized that mine were 47x36mm. I don't think 1mm will matter, and if 1mm really matters for them, i don't need to be in a place like that.

question in filling up the generic application form:

I am currently residing in Singapore, working and holding a work pass. In the field under "current country of residence", I indicated in the period "from & to" as follows:

from - the date I landed in Singapore
to - expiry date of the pass

Please advise if this is correct or shall I leave the "to" portion blank and after validating and printing will write "present" instead?
