if I had my documents copies signed, dated and rubber stamped by my notary but did not included the phrase "“I certify that this is a true copy of the original document” as the guide states do you think that will cause rejection of my application??? ::)

Has anyone had their CC charged that had there application in late May ?
 
I have sort of similar situation. I am from Nepal and we have Citizenship Card which serves as national identity in the country. So I think this is what I should use as National Identity Document. But the issue is the Citizenship Card Number has got special character in the format XX/XXXX, where X are all numbers. Since generic application form does not validate this value and hence I won't be able to generate bar code page without successful validation, how should I proceed.

Your help will be highly appreciated.

The size of the photographs to be included for my wife and son is 46x36 mm and mine is 45x35mm.
This minor variation can be ignored or I have to go to photographer again?
Kindly reply if somebody has knowledge of the issue...

Hi Mpreet

Size should be same as mentioned on the CIC website. Although minor difference of 1 mm etc does not make difference, If you are so worried you can cut it by knife.

Hi All :) ,

I am new to this forum and my file was received by CIO on 24 June.

Was just going through thread and saw few CC transactions did't go through.

To Admin- can we have one more column added to the spreadsheet - CC Bank(may be it will help us to identify what all banks don't allow CIO transactions).

I am holding AXIS Bank international CC(confirmed with axis). Please suggest How can I confirm with bank that my payment will go through. Is there anybody else? who hold Axis's CC and payment went through.

I really want to avoid that embarrassing situation i.e. my case was rejected bcoz of CC payment did't go through,

Please suggest,

Mickys - Usually you have to call your bank and tell them to expect a transaction in Canada for the stated amount.

Otherwise if the transaction is not within the usual spending pattern and amount, the bank's credit card technologists reject the transaction because they might suspect the card info was stolen.

FYI I am in Canada and that's how the process works here
