I just got an email from the centralized-Intake-office stating that my application has been accepted for processing and I hope this is the coveted PER confirmation email
I applied (documents reached) on 6-May-2014 for NOC -2174 and used Bankers draft for the payment.
Things that might help others who are still planning to apply.
1. I did not have the birth certificate so gave the solemn declaration with my 10,12 and passport last page as supporting documents.The 10 and 12 did not have my parents name but only the date of birth.
2. Did not have a job reference letter for 3 employers which covers for 3 year of employment out of a total of 9+ years of experience, hence provided a solemn declaration stating my job duties.But the reminder of 6+ years of experience were substantiated with a detailed job reference letter.
The road is still too far for my destination but nonetheless a little solace for a decade of turmoil I have been through trying to mold my career and future in the land of the free.Thanks for those in the forum who have been helpful for applying to the 2014 FSW.
