I have few quick queries, please help me

1) My PCC from the city where I'm resident for last 4 years are prepared, However, I wont be able to get PCC for my spouse for now. What you will recommend? Is it necessary to get PCC from the city where I lived before 4 years and spouse's PCC?

2) I dont have credit card, but my brother have one with enough credit lime. Can I give his details & mention my name in the PAYEE name. What will be the implications if I mention my brother's credit card & not mine

3) I have got all experience documents for the category I am applying and Experience points I am targeting. However, do I need to submit the previous employer's document which has different work profile & than the category I am applying now?

4) Need of Documents related to Spouse's work experience, are those required to be submitted just because I am mentioning the work history of Spouse?

5) Passport will expire in September, and suppose if PER is not done by September, are they ask for updated passport or can refuse also?

6) Visitor's visa were refused thrice earlier. How shall we approach in mentioning the details?

Are they going to evaluate my forms now or they have already done the process?

I would also suggest adding more points as well...suggesstion look at the JD provided for this NOC by CIC (google it) then take sentences from there and reword them and make atleast 10 to 12 points (2 liners minimum)

Suggest adding 2 liners to introduce you jobs and that should reflect the lead statements (analyze systems requirements, develop and implement information systems development plans, policies and procedures, and provide advice on a wide range of information systems issues.). Also I added few words- don't know whether it is right or wrong .

1. Conduct technical and business feasibility of information system/application/ software requirements and provide comprehensive information system business solutions.
2. Document and confer with clients's detailed requirements for business solutions of the information system and recommend information systems strategy including managing secured system.
3. Design and develop server side solutions for mobile applications according to the information system requirements;
4. Develop comprehensive security management policy, implement and manage it for secured and fault tolerant database and application servers;

I suggest to seek opinion from IT NOC applicants.

2- does it say anywhere what color pen to use to sign the forms?

3- for the label on the outside of my envelope, do we also have to put one on the outside of the DHL package or not?

4- I have a bank balance statement Not bank balance certificate. is this fine?
(the statement shows transactions of last 6 months including my salary thats transferred to bank. )

5- me and my brother both want to submit. can we send both applications in one DHL package or separate?

i know they're a bit silly questions but i have no margin for error so im afraid they will reject my application for a silly mistake..

2- does it say anywhere what color pen to use to sign the forms?: In one or two forms, it asked to write with black ink.

Just note that DHL charges based on weight of packages. So putting 2 applications in one package will not save significant money.

The file will be sent to your local visa office and they will do verification and cross checking of docs...then you would get med request and RPRF request...after submitting these you will get a mail to submit your passports and visa will be issued... ;D

the CAP only shows the numbers of PER issued so whoever whose cc charged or DD cleared and not received PER mail are not included in that number.

After a long wait of two months, I got the ECA report yesterday and Alhamdulillah sent my application to CIC today.

One thing I would like to share: Never go for ICAS. NEVER!!!

Seeing our SS and CIC's official update, I really hope I am not late for 2281. My file will be received on 02/07/2014 (estimated). SS already updated

This is not true. The caps are updated based on the number of COMPLETE applications CIO receives. A compelete application may not be eligible for processing. Hence the numbers updated do not necessarily reflect those applications wherein PERs have been issued.

Hi guys,

CIC says that PCC should be: Federal Police, State Police and Federal Justice. The thing is, my husband's company has one charge in process on state justice and my husband is the defendant (because he is the legal representant, but his father works there). The charge is about environmental damage from the neighbors complaining about the smoke from the chimney that used firewood (not anymore, they use natural gas now). We are waiting the Federal Justice PCC to know if the process are in the records, but, we'll have problems because of that (he is thinking about giving up the partnership in his father's company because of that)?

what is the weight of your packet... b'coz processing time may vary accordingly.

Somebody has sent a 1.5 kg packet , if you compare it with some poor 250-300 gms Appln (like me).. atleast 2-3 more such Applns can be processed in that much time. 8)
