Just wanted to share some information regarding supporting evidence. Whenever, you feel that you do not not exact documents as asked for, write in a cover letter explaining everything as to why you do not have those documents. Trust me, they do read those letters. Putting cover letter to your application is a good practice. Place the cover letter on top of everything. Just to let you guys know here is how my cover letter:

Re: Application for Permanent Residence –Federal Skilled Worker Class (NOC: 2132)

Dear Officer,

We have enclosed the document check list (IMM 5612) along with application and supporting documents in connection with Federal Skilled Worker Program.

We have submitted photocopies of supporting documents and originals where required. Police clearance certificates (PCC) for our current residence in USA were unavailable at the time of sending this application. However, PCC's for our country of citizenship, INDIA were attached. We can send the USA Police Clearance Certificate and any other required originals/notarized copies at the time of processing as requested.

Please consider our application for processing. Funds shown on bank statements are in USD and were converted to Canadian Dollars (CAD) as per exchange rate on this date. Copies of pay stubs, employment verification letter and labor certification page with Department of labor were submitted in support of experience from each company. Recent paystubs and employment contract and verification letters were attached for supporting current employment.

We request that you approve the enclosed application. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me.

My WES report is taking 4 weeks as per the email from them. Could you please tell me if there is a procedure to fasten the processing of my report ? I saw somewhere that they ask for some extra money to prioritize our report. Kindly suggest.

Does CIO or VO verity education documents directly with the respective universities or with the WES?

WES has been hired and paid for this purpose only I suppose. Their evaluation is final.

Is there a way to know the UCI numbers? i am sure I have one since i have a TRV in Canada but i don't know what is it...

I applied last year but the application came back due to cap reached.

Only prioritization is with regards to delivery method (by choosing courier).

Processing times can not be expedited.

If it was assigned it should have been written on your IMM-0008 generic form. Otherwise, it has not been assigned to you. So leave it blank.

Tell them you want it fast tracked at your cost and that you want the option in your account through your credit card.

Me & my spouse both applied with our passport of before marriage.
In that case, my wife carries her name before marriage.
Now, I want to renew her passport and want to make sure that her pr card should carry my family name, i.e. her name after marriage.
What should I do? please guide.

If I need to include more information under employment in Schedule 3 and if the given space is small, Can I write in the column PLEASE SEE ATTACHED ANNEXURE 1 and include a seperate sheet as Annexure 1, which contains the Forms Tittle, the applicants name, the question number being answered and the applicants signature.

Is it necessary that some part needs to be filled in the CIC forms and remaining in annexure or I can include the entire information for that question in Annexure 1. This is in reference to employment records in Economic Classes Form (Schedule 3)
