You can pay it together. Send a copy of a receipt to CPC-CTD-Ottawa@cic.gc.ca along with following information:

1 Surname (last name)– Exactly as it appears on the passport or identity document
2. Given name(s) (first name)– Exactly as it appears on the passport or identity document
3. Date of birth (YYYY-MM-DD)
4. Unique Client Identifier (UCI) number / Client ID number
5. Application number ( xxxxxxx)
6. Type of application (Federal Skilled Worker)

If you have your bachelors transcripts ready, I suggest you send them for evaluation as well, though just Masters is necessary. As there is no extra charge for evaluating these degrees.

Though WES can first start off with evaluating your masters first, and if they think they need to see your undergrad credentials, they will contact you which results in a delay.

thanks TKNova & Greencard 14 :)

HTH!

I dont think you have any options with the new system effective May 4 2013. Expect it to be returned.

Just received medical request from CPC-Ottawa. They also asked for RTPR fee and updated evidence of settlement funds (showing 6 months deposits/withdrawls history).

I'm concerned about this. Because I transferred funds for that day and sent statement with balance. I dont maintain that big amount in my daily balance. what do now? ??? ??? ???

Congo.... CPC-Ottawa is working pretty fast this year for medical and RTPR..... :)

How many months have you sent the bank statement for??? It looks like less than 3 months thats why they have requested for 6 now.

I just sent statement letter issued by bank showing latest balance and 3 months average balance.
