Dear friend,

CIC has mentioned link for PCC of each country. So as for Germany.
If u Google by keyword cic pcc Germany, you will get that the link.
Go to there site.
Download the form for international resident.
PCC is reffered as certificate of good conduct in Germany.
Pay fee of 13 euros for one person. Note the date as you have to mention same in form.fill the form.get your signature notarized as they demand same.send the form to mentioned address.once they receive your form, in two days, they will post the pcc.

Do someone know how many total applications were there in FSW2013 spreadsheet ?

Also when i was gathering documents in MAY 2014, i was afraid of late submission regarding CAP.
At that time i read somewhere on canadavisa.com total number of applications in each NOC received by CIC for FSW2013.
In NOC 2132 there were only 3800.00 applications received by CIC till the cap reached. And among them lucky 300.00 got PR.

If someone can find this page please paste link here.
Also guys who are afraid of CAP being filled in only 1-2 months, dont panic but speed up gathering your documents and apply ASAP.

I doubt that there were 3800 applications for this NOC. Last year ppl who have applied 3-4 moths after May 1st got their PR

Please consult your banker and ask him to issue another letter? if you have submitted the application just forget :

No need to bother Punjab Police from abroad
I believe since you are residing outside India you need to contact your local Indian embassy for this and they'll arrange India PCC for you.

Yes. You can apply even after the program closes.

The question is I submit an application without job offer now, the application is returned as the CAP is filled...can I reapply after securing a job offer before the program closes ?
