I got my results over sms today. I took it in Delhi on June 7.

Yes....I left mine and it was ok.
make sure the additional sheet have the name of the form,your NOC details and your signature too.
You may also try to write in the box to the limit of what it can take but I'm sure it wont make sense to continue from where you stopped on your attached sheet.
Whichever way...you are fine.

Additional Page to fill the form

We all know that if space is less we can use extra sheet.
My question is that we need to leave the question space completely blank on the form and write whats left on the extra sheet OR write as much as we can and continue rest on the other extra page. Can somebody explain it with any example or so ? : : :

Hi Guys, I have a question on the current mailing address and residential address in the generic form. I am living away from my home (my permanent address) to be nearer to work. I am placing my permanent address as the current mailing address since there will be no one in my temporary address who would receive any correspondence that may come in. However, in this case, should I tick the "yes box" for the question asking whether my residential address is same as my current mailing address? Thanks!
