On the spreadsheet there is 1 entry for 2171 received on 7th @ 6.39 PM whose CC is already charged. My application reached on 7th @ 1:57 PM. If CIC checks the forms in FIFO mechanism then is my application rejected or is there still some chance?

What I have seen is that they didn't process applications based on receiving time.
Me and someone I know, we sent the papers exactly at the same time from the same DHL office, both were received at CIC by Mike at the same time. His CC was charged 2 working days after my CC was charged. So it shows that CIC doesn't process applications based on receiving sequential order (or same day FIFO).

And BTW, are you sure that an application was delivered at 6:39PM local time?! I don't expect CIC to receive anything after working hours (5pm) or too early like 6:39am. I believe there is typo or a different timezone.

If you check out the above hyperlink it says under the 'How to contact the CIO' section the email ID is cio-sydney-search-enquiry @ cic.gc.ca

So I am at a loss to understand which email ID to use May be I'll use all 3 email IDs

I only gave you the one that gave me the autogenerated mail.
Remember,CIC stands for Citizenship and Immigration Canada while CIO stands for Chief information officer of the government of Canada.Both seems to work hand in hand....you will see that the email address also follow same pattern.....both are correct addresses.

Remember,CIC stands for Citizenship and Immigration Canada while CIO stands for Chief information officer of the government of Canada.Both seems to work hand in hand....you will see that the email address also follow same pattern.....both are correct addresses.

Hi All,

While filling the Background declaration form what if I do not fill in my name in the native language? Will it make a difference? If I send it empty will embassy send it back to me and ask me to resubmit it or will they consider it as I have written it in English in question number 1?

No rejection attributed to the above reason yet. You should be fine. Don't worry.

Folks did some one contacted to this id CIO-Sydney-Search-Enquiry@cic.gc.ca & got a proper reply. If so let me know. I guess only a auto generated mail will be sent. Correct me if i am wrong. Thanks..

Thank God I used the CIO email ID. Out of the 3 IDs used I received auto responses from the 'CIO' ID and 'Question' ID. Didn't receive anything yet from the 'CIC' email ID.

Yes, if you check the Column AT, they have mentioned the reason as to why was the applications sent back.

I would rather say, it is not rejected yet. They probably have asked for the pending / required documents

Do my husband has to send my educational docs i.e bachelors degree or transcript too with the FSW package???
