Yes dear if you take last 3 days they are charging one person per day for 2173 from our forum. The rush of charging cc's became slow....

Apparently yes, but then I haven't see these people active on forum. So I doubt even if they have been charged CC, they didnt care to turn up here to give us heads up. I have sent PM to everyone in the list. Lets see what happens.

In the forum i could not see any CC/DD charge for NOC: 3142 till date..

so are 3142 guys alive ??

Any educated guesses/calculation as to when 12th May applicants would be charged.

I am asking because my bank is going to block my CC any moment ans they have issued new CC as per Government guidelines.

Hi, try asking your bank to issue the same card number on your new CC because you have a pending international transaction coming through. Some banks in my country do this, it's worth a try. All the best

NOC is 2132 (Mechanical Engineer)
My Previous employer give me Exp letter on Letter Head, my duration for my Work + Designation

for roles,
Simply mention that Responsible for Design Engineer of Turbine Components,
Role mention is Sufficient ?
I have all my joining letter, pay slips, IT return form, increment letters,

or i get extra roles, as mention my CIC, on plain paper by my Ex Colleague along with his visiting card.

Quick Suggestions please.

Which bank visa CC do you have?..I am worried to after reading this post...mine is ICICI and donnon about any imminent change in CC..will ask the bank tommorow about this..

Yeah got your point. Thats why I became anxious suddenly knowing this. But I'l be devastated if someone was rejected only because of Point number 2. But yeah, I agree that its worth mentioning here for others to make their decision especially those who have not submitted yet.

@ mdec1980: For my case; I made two mistake .
1: Did not write my visa office name.
2: Did not fill up updated "Additional family form" (updated one)

My take out was; i made mistke by not writing concern Visa office name. For 2nd one I have serious doubt as my form reaches on July 1st week and they updated the form on sep 13. So 2nd point was not valid though they have 1 valid mistake.

For other users my sincere advice, as long you have time in hand, why made any known mistake. he should fill up the updated form. In your case, you are way through brother (what i belief)

Me too did not have the duties on company letter head and had all the other supporting docs. I received suggestions like: the mention on role only is not enough you have to try any match the duties as much possible to those mentioned in CIC guidelines...probably 60-70% of them......so elaborate the roles in points ...get the roles form you boss/ manager former/current and get his sign and business card also....

PLEASE DO NOT USE MAR 2014 FORM....

In 2013 my application reached @ CIC on 4th July and they updated "Additional Family form" on Sep 2013. However in my rejection letter along with my other mistake, they marked i did not provide my updated "Additional Family form" form.

Bottom line is as long they have shared a new form and you have time in hand, please print the updated one and send it to CIC. Rest upon you...

I WILL ADVICE YOU NOT TO CREATE UNNECESSARY TENSION TO INNOCENT APPLICANTS.
There are standard rules for scenarios like this which give cut off dates.In you advice,you do not want anybody in the whole wide world to send their application from 16th June,2014 to end of June simply because the form is not printable.
If you remember the scenario of last September...you will know well that it wasn't like this.
Legally,how will you release a document patented for July,2014 in June,2014.
To make matters worse,you lock the same document from been printed out.
Do you even notice that there are two versions on different links on CIC website?

for june applicants i believe we will get our PER in Aug/Sept as per the current speed of CIC.

Does it mean applications received, like mine on May 30 which will probably take until July to be reviewed might get rejection? Oh My!!!!
Or Maybe because you had other mistake as you have said so might as well mentioning to use a new form?? ???

No tension....you are safe.
Unless other factors are against you,this will never be used against you.

Hi,

As per birth certificate in Mumbai, India the following is the information on my son's birth certificate
Fathers name: Royston Francis Dsouza.
Mothers name: Natasha Royston Dsouza

And the passport as well contains the same,since the birth certificate shows the above.
For Father's name they include my fathers name Francis in the middle of my name Royston Dsouza and for Mother name they included my name Royston in the middle of my wife's name Natasha Dsouza

Is the above okay, or I have to submit some affidavit explaining the above story of names. When I asked the municipal and Passport office, they say the above way of naming is a standard way in India. Please advise as I dont want these minor issues to be cause of any rejections

Can on plain paper by my ex colleague with Business Card is enough ?
