Does it mean applications received, like mine on May 30 which will probably take until July to be reviewed might get rejection? Oh My!!!!
Or Maybe because you had other mistake as you have said so might as well mentioning to use a new form?? ???

In 2013 my application reached @ CIC on 4th July and they updated "Additional Family form" on Sep 2013. However in my rejection letter along with my other mistake, they marked i did not provide my updated "Additional Family form" form.

Bottom line is as long they have shared a new form and you have time in hand, please print the updated one and send it to CIC. Rest upon you...

1. But it is at the middle of the program. What will happen if applications are in transit. For example, I send a document on 29th July. On 1st August a form was changed. My file reached on 5th August.

2. Also on legal point of view, you are using post dated form. You signed with today's date (June) but you form is July.

3. The form is also unprintable. It is no use.

I've seen a few comments here asking about how to edit the application forms. One thing I've had difficulty doing during the process of gathering my documents was to fill up the CIC forms. The files from the CIC website are all secured so you can't edit the font sizes, format and adjust their spacings. So for all those who are still filling up their application forms, I would like to share what I did in order to edit the pdf files so I can type in my details and be able to adjust the texts and most of all in order to make it look professional.

I don't know if the seniors had also done this, but this worked for me...

1. Unlock all the forms using a pdf unlocker. There are many websites available for you to do this... But the one I used is this (http:// www. pdfunlock. com/) You can do this for all the forms EXCEPT for the General Application Form because you won't be able to generate the barcodes if you mess this one up.
2. Install Acrobat XI Pro - I just used the trial version which was available for a month. it won't take as long as 1 month to fill up your forms anyway (I hope)
3. A little bit of playing around, you will now be able to add texts to your unlocked pdf files and yes, you can edit them as well.

Hope this helps some of you guys out.

Don't get panic. No body inform rejection when Additional Family Information [IMM 5406] (PDF, 570 KB) change in September 2013 - at the middle of the program.

People get rejected while program was launched and form was changed at the beginning of program.

Sorry if this has been covered but this is making me anxious so have to ask:

Is there anyone who has received PER and did not provide job duties on the company letterhead?

I guess there are many out here, including me, who would have NOT got a reference letter (say from past or present employer) on a company letterhead and would have instead used an affidavit (self or by colleague). If there is anyone who has used this scenario and received PER kindly reply.

My take that why to play around with the PDF format CIC has given...Moreover they give the flexibility to add extra sheets in case information can not be filled in forms.
